I’m writing from Wisconsin, USA. There is no portrait of Queen Elizabeth here on the wall but I honor her and wish you well. When I was fifteen, she and Prince Philip visited pres Eisenhower at the White House and I was on the street as she and her husband drove by. Then many years later my husband and I saw her over the shoulders of tall men as they momentarily moved from side to side in the heat. This time she and her husband were visiting President GHW Bush. So, sightings. Precious memories. I feel fortunate visiting you across the pond via technology.

As a Canadian I can say we too are feeling a great loss; her passing, while not unexpected, still seems too soon. Our Queen was our constant and her service and devotion appreciated by generations. I do love the stories surfacing now of her humour, opinions and family life...for someone thrust into a job unexpectedly she did very well indeed. 😊♥️🇨🇦
I remember as a 6 year old girl watching her become queen after her father the king died unexpectedly. It was one of the most amazing things I have ever seen. She was an amazing person and monarch with steadfast strength, wisdom and warmth. The whole world will miss her.
My parents took me to see Princess Elizabeth when she and the Prince came to Toronto in 1951. I can still remember the excitement. King George VI died on my 9th birthday. I had looked at picture books of the princesses for years and now Princess Elizabeth would be Queen. As Canadians and members of the Commonwealth we sadly say goodbye to our Queen. May King Charles III live a long and happy life. Hugs to all from Nova Scotia.

I am an American and that day my oldest daughter called me to tell me about the Queen. I was busy with daycare and hadn’t heard the news. I was very sad about it. That picture of her and Paddington Bear was very sweet. I have had a Paddington Bear since I was a little girl. I am 67 now. That is a beautiful puzzle and my granddaughters and I like to do them when it is winter.

I too have never had a King. As a 63 year old Aussie, I was saddened, but not surprised, by the news of the Queen's passing. My Dad was born the same year, and turns 96 next month. It certainly brings home how short our time with him is getting. When I was young there would always be a 1000 piece puzzle out being made over the Summer/Christmas school holidays. It was definitely a time stealer, but so much fun. The whole family just did a bit whenever they could. My Mum especially loved them. I wish she was still with us. I'd buy one of yours for her. And yes, I've checked, they're SOLD OUT. Congrats, Kate.
I am so happy that you started with remembrances of our Queen. I have been crying for days as I watch the news. She was a very lovely, kind and remarkable woman whose dedication to her family and country have left a mark on most people. Love your jigsaw. I live in America. My father and his friend made wooden jigsaw puzzles during the 2nd World War. To make money for our family he would rent them. Made enough money doing that to keep all us kids fed. Love to you and Anna.

My dad was USA Army and we moved around alot.....it was so amazing to me when I lived there, all the amazing work the Royal Family did. She was and amazing women and did amazing things.
I absolutely love the jigsaw Kate! I ordered the calendar and some of the little books awhile back because I especially loved that picture, but unfortunately the package got soaked somehow in the mail, but I must say we have been very much enjoying the water wrinkled pages no less. They make us giggle. My daughter and I love jigsaws and after we enjoy them a time or two we donate them to the Cancer Center or the women’s and children’s safe house in our town. That was a lovely tribute. I was born on her wedding day, and have always been interested in news and am sad for her family. Love jigsaw puzzles, my husband and I did hundreds of 1000 piece ones during our 40 year marriage. I do several each day on computer but they are only around 100 pieces. Will watch to see if you have more made and cost + shipping to US.

Losing the queen is a bit like losing your mother. She’s been a constant in our lives and I think she’s done an amazing job which would have been difficult at times. I love puzzles!
Hi it’s so lovely that you start with out late Queen thank you. My friend and I went to her Coronation in June 1953, we got soaking wet, it rained stair rods (Yorkshire). It was a great day for us two. Now, as you I’ve got a King, never had one of those. Still, I’m glad we have a steady hand at the helm again.
Hi Kate omg, I love jigsaws. I do them on my computer everyday. I definitely will order one. I’m 77 and-grew up doing jigsaws with my large family 6 brothers and sisters. All my children love them, my eldest son got one every year at Christmas. Thanks for this project as well. Sorry for the loss of your Queen. Elizabeth II was crowned the same year that my eldest daughter was born, and this year my daughter is retiring after a long time of service as rector of an Anglican church, so it's the end of an era for her too. My prayers are for the new King, and for all the people he serves, during this time of mourning and in the days ahead.

The puzzle looks so fun! I found a new UA-camr (to me) and wondered if you have seen his videos. His channel is Rob's Discovery. He lives in England, I think in Somerset. Anyway - he has a hectares, lives in a yurt, has chicks, ducks and geese and his property is a wild, edible forest. And he bares a resemblence (to me) of Tom Cruise from the film Legend. Anyway, I thought if you didn't know about him, you might enjoy. I only just started watching his channel last night.

I feel great sadness too! No matter the age you miss someone when they die. My mom died last year at the age of 96. Grief has been difficult. I have English ancestry and family members with British ties. My sympathy to the Royal family and all the citizens for their loss.

Thank you for putting into words Kate what so many of us are feeling. We are experiencing a time of transition in a number of major areas in our lives. The puzzle is brilliant! Just the right number of pieces, and the right size to handle. Our beige boy, Leo, would ‘help’ with a jigsaw, sitting in the middle , and giving his considered opinion. Sadly he is no longer with us, and as my husband is in residential care now, I look to friends to assist me. Like you I sort out the edges first, then fill in the centre. I like jigsaws. Yours is absolutely lovely! I have found free online puzzles, but may prefer the ones I can do in person - the tactile satisfaction of pieces that fit cannot be underestimated. Hope you do re-order them often, I’ll bet you have tons of jigsaw puzzle fans!
I live in Ohio in the USA but feel such a great loss as Queen Elizabeth II has been the only monarch of England in my 67+ years. My heart goes out to you Kate and all the people of England at this time. President Biden has order flags here in the US be flown at half mast in Her Majesty's honor until after the funeral. I think that is the first time it's happened in my lifetime to honor a ruler of another country. Now about the puzzle.....I missed it but do hope I can get one the next go round. I love puzzles and even do them on my phone. I'd love to do yours and hang it in my craft room for inspiration. Love it. ❤️
I LOVE jigsaw puzzles! I used to do them with my dear, departed mother-in-law. My father-in-law would glue them onto plywood to keep forever--we have a number of them on our walls. I've missed doing them since they died. I would take a photo of the completed one and pass it on, as you suggested. As far as Her Majesty the Queen, I was gutted to hear of her passing. She has been such an admirable and classy monarch and woman. I continue to mourn her. I hope I can get a puzzle. I'll tell my Mom that is her Christmas present to me! (I'm her personal buyer of gifts)

As I have gotten older I have realized what an amazing woman she was. The most wonderful role model for what you can accomplish if you set your mind to it. She leaves a legacy behind and I feel like I have lost a friend.

I’m writing from Wisconsin, USA. There is no portrait of Queen Elizabeth here on the wall but I honor her and wish you well. When I was fifteen, she and Prince Philip visited pres Eisenhower at the White House and I was on the street as she and her husband drove by. Then many years later my husband and I saw her over the shoulders of tall men as they momentarily moved from side to side in the heat. This time she and her husband were visiting President GHW Bush. So, sightings. Precious memories. I feel fortunate visiting you across the pond via technology.

As a Canadian I can say we too are feeling a great loss; her passing, while not unexpected, still seems too soon. Our Queen was our constant and her service and devotion appreciated by generations. I do love the stories surfacing now of her humour, opinions and family life...for someone thrust into a job unexpectedly she did very well indeed. 😊♥️🇨🇦

I remember as a 6 year old girl watching her become queen after her father the king died unexpectedly. It was one of the most amazing things I have ever seen. She was an amazing person and monarch with steadfast strength, wisdom and warmth.
The whole world will miss her.
My parents took me to see Princess Elizabeth when she and the Prince came to Toronto in 1951. I can still remember the excitement. King George VI died on my 9th birthday. I had looked at picture books of the princesses for years and now Princess Elizabeth would be Queen. As Canadians and members of the Commonwealth we sadly say goodbye to our Queen. May King Charles III live a long and happy life. Hugs to all from Nova Scotia.

I was so impressed that she performed her final duty by inviting the new PM to form yet another government under her reign! My mother is only a few months older; she will be 97 on 30 Sept. I am an American and that day my oldest daughter called me to tell me about the Queen. I was busy with daycare and hadn’t heard the news. I was very sad about it. That picture of her and Paddington Bear was very sweet. I have had a Paddington Bear since I was a little girl. I am 67 now. That is a beautiful puzzle and my granddaughters and I like to do them when it is winter.

In 2007 I was fortunate to catch a glimpse of Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip at the Kentucky Derby. They had stepped out onto the balcony above the grandstand where I was seated. I too have never had a King. As a 63 year old Aussie, I was saddened, but not surprised, by the news of the Queen's passing. My Dad was born the same year, and turns 96 next month. It certainly brings home how short our time with him is getting. When I was young there would always be a 1000 piece puzzle out being made over the Summer/Christmas school holidays. It was definitely a time stealer, but so much fun. The whole family just did a bit whenever they could. My Mum especially loved them. I wish she was still with us. I'd buy one of yours for her. And yes, I've checked, they're SOLD OUT. Congrats, Kate.
I am so happy that you started with remembrances of our Queen. I have been crying for days as I watch the news. She was a very lovely, kind and remarkable woman whose dedication to her family and country have left a mark on most people. This world would be a much better place with more people like the late Queen Elizabeth the Second.

Love your jigsaw. I live in America. My father and his friend made wooden jigsaw puzzles during the 2nd World War. To make money for our family he would rent them. Made enough money doing that to keep all us kids fed. Love to you and Anna.

I absolutely love the jigsaw Kate! I ordered the calendar and some of the little books awhile back because I especially loved that picture, but unfortunately the package got soaked somehow in the mail, but I must say we have been very much enjoying the water wrinkled pages no less. They make us giggle. My daughter and I love jigsaws and after we enjoy them a time or two we donate them to the Cancer Center or the women’s and children’s safe house in our town. Also, we here in the states are very sorry about the loss of your Queen, she was an amazing person who lived a long albeit challenging life. God bless her, God save your King

That was a lovely tribute. I was born on her wedding day, and have always been interested in news and am sad for her family. Love jigsaw puzzles, my husband and I did hundreds of 1000 piece ones during our 40 year marriage. I do several each day on computer but they are only around 100 pieces. Will watch to see if you have more made and cost + shipping to US.

Hi it’s so lovely that you start with out late Queen thank you. My friend and I went to her Coronation in June 1953, we got soaking wet, it rained stair rods (Yorkshire). It was a great day for us two. Now, as you I’ve got a King, never had one of those. Still, I’m glad we have a steady hand at the helm again.
Hi Kate omg, I love jigsaws. I do them on my computer everyday. I definitely will order one. I’m 77 and-grew up doing jigsaws with my large family 6 brothers and sisters. All my children love them, my eldest son got one every year at Christmas. Thanks for this project as well. Sorry for the loss of your Queen. She certainly had a long interesting life and was revered by many including me. ❤️

Elizabeth II was crowned the same year that my eldest daughter was born, and this year my daughter is retiring after a long time of service as rector of an Anglican church, so it's the end of an era for her too. My prayers are for the new King, and for all the people he serves, during this time of mourning and in the days ahead.

The puzzle looks so fun! I found a new UA-camr (to me) and wondered if you have seen his videos. His channel is Rob's Discovery. He lives in England, I think in Somerset. Anyway - he has a hectares, lives in a yurt, has chicks, ducks and geese and his property is a wild, edible forest. And he bares a resemblence (to me) of Tom Cruise from the film Legend. Anyway, I thought if you didn't know about him, you might enjoy. I only just started watching his channel last night.

I feel great sadness too! No matter the age you miss someone when they die. My mom died last year at the age of 96. Grief has been difficult. I have English ancestry and family members with British ties. My sympathy to the Royal family and all the citizens for their loss.

The puzzle is brilliant! Just the right number of pieces, and the right size to handle. Our beige boy, Leo, would ‘help’ with a jigsaw, sitting in the middle , and giving his considered opinion. Sadly he is no longer with us, and as my husband is in residential care now, I look to friends to assist me. Like you I sort out the edges first, then fill in the centre. Your puzzle is an ideal image to provide lots of interest - I shall look out for the re-stocking in your shop! Thank you again for everything Kate! X

I like jigsaws. Yours is absolutely lovely! I have found free online puzzles, but may prefer the ones I can do in person - the tactile satisfaction of pieces that fit cannot be underestimated. Hope you do re-order them often, I’ll bet you have tons of jigsaw puzzle fans!

I live in Ohio in the USA but feel such a great loss as Queen Elizabeth II has been the only monarch of England in my 67+ years. My heart goes out to you Kate and all the people of England at this time. President Biden has order flags here in the US be flown at half mast in Her Majesty's honor until after the funeral. I think that is the first time it's happened in my lifetime to honor a ruler of another country. Now about the puzzle.....I missed it but do hope I can get one the next go round. I LOVE jigsaw puzzles! I used to do them with my dear, departed mother-in-law. My father-in-law would glue them onto plywood to keep forever--we have a number of them on our walls. I've missed doing them since they died. I would take a photo of the completed one and pass it on, as you suggested. As far as Her Majesty the Queen, I was gutted to hear of her passing. She has been such an admirable and classy monarch and woman. I continue to mourn her. I hope I can get a puzzle. I'll tell my Mom that is her Christmas present to me! (I'm her personal buyer of gifts)

I am in the US and I too am grieving the loss of the Queen. She started her reign the year I was born. She has always been a part of my life. As I have gotten older I have realized what an amazing woman she was. The most wonderful role model for what you can accomplish if you set your mind to it. She leaves a legacy behind and I feel like I have lost a friend.
