People are starting to recognize him more, respect his performance, etc. I bet he gets invited to dope parties too because he's so likeable and harmless. I've been watching since one of the early seasons, the Terry Crews episode actually is where I found this show. (I was on a Terry Crews Old Spice binge so UA-cam was like 'hey, check this out!') I have long since learned that it doesn't matter who the person Sean is interviewing is, if I know them or not, etc. I know this will be a quality interview done with class and not just the usual talk show fluff so many interviewers go with. This show seems to make everyone that gets interviewed super introspective and thoughtful, and never fails to impress.

Like many big celebs, he didn’t know much about the show, but the second he liked the concept he turned it around and started asking Sean questions and even asked him who came up with the idea. This also gave “Chris” his first real acknowledgement on the show that I’m aware of. Such a stand up guy. Great interview.
But I was sooo disappointed that “23 did with 45” was not an intentional line of his! That was my favorite line of his!
I'm pretty sure that when Idris Elba did the show he was so 'angry' at one of the hotter sauces he demanded to know who came up with the show and upon learning the person's name asked if they wanted to fight.

I’m going into this video not knowing much about this guest. But I’m just at the part where he acknowledges Sean’s research and prep, and it automatically makes me more interested. Bonus points to any guest who notices and pays respect.
Its def a mutual respect I think. Big ups to the guests who recognize the research but I also think guests are so refreshed by genuinley interesting questions not the same old surface level ones they get over and over
