What makes it harder, is that you have one guard who is proactive, and another that lets just about anything go. However, they both should have used their voices, as tourists are too numb to react to anything, such as moving a horse back. They just go back with the horse into the box.

Ignorant people just don't take the hint of body language when the guard and horse trying to say 'DON'T TOUCH!'

The sadness is these folks couldn’t care less how the horse feels about their unwanted attention so long as they get their precious pictures!
