What strategies have you used when you have a group of execs as your sponsors (not just one) when you're deciding on a product for a service/solution? Obvious things have been attempted but have all resulted in a standstill in selecting a vendor for a particular project. There are too many strong opinions deciding in this. You keep reminding them of the deadline and how much estimated time you will need to produce the scope, but it's at a standstill. Conversations after conversation have been attempted with no success. Thoughts? Or video?

Meet with the business owner and executive sponsor, tell them the facts and ask for the final decision.
