Hey brother, I’ve now watched your strategy videos on Shangri La and Moon, definitely the best on UA-cam because you actually go over details and tips that other people never do, which ironically enough are the most important and the key to actually running the strategy correctly efficiently and of course successfully. Great work you earned a sub and keep making these! For any map that you can, myself and lots of others would love to see more of your insight, attention to detail and great ability for instructions and tips

yeah i used to think i hated this map, along with moon, until i saw these high rounds and realized i may like it. i've been focusing on der reise because it's fast and challenging, but i'm planning on revisiting shangri la, going back to moon with my new skills, and playing ascension for the first time! i also just think shangri la art style is amazing.
Great video but I would of mentioned camping in the m16 room till about 40 Although some people may find it more difficult I find it makes the early rounds easier and a lot faster. Another thing that I think is worth mentioning is if you restart to get the baby gun from the first box and it never moves locations you won't have fire sales in your drop cycles. This means if you also play no carpenters you can get a perfect drop cycle making it where you get a max ammo every round. This allows you to go without trading until the late 90s if you play it right. Great video though I can see this attracting a lot of new players to the high round community. I hope you keep making these type of videos.
Agreed. This strat was made when I was new ish to shang now I kinda got the M16 early strat down but it's still iffy just because camping on Shang is a brutal time

I'm travelling right now but after I get back I do plan on putting together a strategy for BO1 Nacht because it's easy as long as you know what to do
@demonking2526 hell yeah. I'll be waiting for all your strategies. I'm trying to see if I can reach round 50 on all the bo1 maps. May be a bit of stretch for my skill level but practice makes perfect

Does this training strategy down in the ak74u room work on bo3 too? Or does the spawn system in bo3 mess it up since zombies spawn wayy faster than bo1. Just to clear things up, I usually play with no gobblegums or classics. I never use megas
In Bo3 you can do cut backs on the left side of the room with the Baby gun and run into the zombies since you still take splash damage you don't use grenades or Death+Taxas and no trading, once low on ammo you train with AATs. Bo1/Bo3 are completely different strategies
Hello I have a question, what you explained about the fire sale drop skip, does it happen on every map appqrt from shang, and does it happen also in bo2 and bo3
Every map in BO1, BO2 and BO3 for sure. I'm not sure about BO4 and beyond I'm not familiar with those zombie modes enough

I'm not sure I think if you play Bo3 with classics I think it they are about the same in terms of difficulty In Bo3 running into the zombies is usually more problematic then Bo1 because they slow you down a lot when running into them but you also have no trading in Bo3 either. In Bo3 the zombies slap you dead way faster then in Bo1 as well. So I think they're similar, I'm actually unclear on which one is harder. I've done both versions to Round 100, and both maps in each game are the hardest maps in Bo1/Bo3. Thanks btw!
@@demonking2526 tbh I’m on boat with saying bo3 Shang with classics is harder just because of the zombie ai in that game and plus the babygun feels worse than in bo1. I’ve done Shang as well with classics and it for sure is the hardest in bo3 if not second behind verruckt

The only question I have is when you kill the horde and you see a drop so you immediately pick it up or do the train first? I tend to pick it up because of the stupid monkeys
If it's a max ammo and you don't have all 8 perks it's worth trying to get a perk by using a monkey unless it's after Round 60 I would say cause that can cost a trade. No train needed, throw a monkey

no matter what i do, only 1% of the time do the monkeys make it down to flip the drops. the just despawn normally. any help?
If you are too far from the monkeys they will not run to you, they also stop coming for every drop around round 25 or so iirc
should try the other semtex strat that has the door where you run in to buy the semtexes closed, up there as one of the hardest strats in bo1
That's one of the hardest ways to just get to round 100 (purpose of this video) and is not the ideal strategy for getting to round 100 as someone who's looking for the easiest way to get there, which is what this video is for. That's why this title is labeled as "Round 100+" not "Fastest high round strategy"

One of the easiest, actually. once you know how to do the strat properly it gets really easy.
Hello can u tell me how did u put the timer u put it on obs ? And also to play Shang it’s better to play without fire sale so u can play rounds 100 without trading ur baby
I'm using Ph3nix's auto timer, and box tracker for Black Ops 1. The box tracker is not necessary for this map because you're gonna hit reset before hitting box error, although I used it cause I was just curious about my trade averages.
For the timer, you basically just run the program, right click, click start at 0.0, then the timer will automatically read the game's inbuilt timer and set itself, and it will pause itself if you ever pause the game at any point. There was an autospliiter that I was using, but for this map it had issues where it would pause whenever you PAP, so I recommend that you use this one as well for this map, here: github.com/llPh3NiXll/BlackOpsWSplit
And yes, you can reset for first box baby gun, although you need to get monkey bombs and the baby gun which can take a lot of restarts. I was going to do that although, getting to round 100 already took about 15 attempts without even doing first box setup, so I'll leave that up to you, it does actually completely prevent the need to do mid round trade outs up until round 100.
Although, if you want to do that, you would need to make sure that no carpenters drop, and you also want the drop cycle to be locked to the round that you are on. What that means is you want the start of your cycle to be at the start of a round, otherwise you'll get 2 max ammos in the same round, and then no max ammo the next round which will cause you to run out of ammo. Since by round 90 for example, you're dealing with 30 hordes of zombies. So you will definitely need a max ammo every round. Feel free though! It certainly helps if you can get it, for me I didn't find restarting for 8 hours was worth it, but let me know if it works for you!
I got to 85 without needing to trade the baby gun. Then i died 😂
That's good. Don't forget to master both high round strat and trade using strat tester. You need to be good at both strategies to get to 100. Or if you'd rather do more restarts you can do first box setup and that will take you to 100 as long as you lock the drop cycle and always maintain 4 drops per cycle (remove carps)
Please do Five… i couldn t find any tutorial about early rounds
I haven't learned Five yet myself mainly cause lack of time it's taking me a while to get through of all of these maps since R100 isn't straightforward. Def in the future though, Five strategy is another one of those maps where it's easier on the higher rounds like this one.

It's basically the same as taking a down on any other map. Throw a monkey to do an auto horde up then run back up the tunnel and get Juggernog back. Though if your going for round 100, your first down won't be before round 60, otherwise it's a reset
I always thought the perk bottle was always directly after max ammo in the cycle
Depends lol it is however always super fast compared to the other ones I always have trouble I can turn a carpenter into a double points or max easy but that perk bottle is damn elusive💀💀🤦♂️🤦♂️😭
Nope it's not. Pay attention to how the cycle was layed for the first cycle and then you'll know where the perk bottle is placed in the cycle.
There is a guarantee that the perk bottle will be the 3rd in the cycle if its not the 1st rlor the 2nd but it's still always random what those perks are
Where do I set spikemores at?
You don't really need them though cause the baby gun can force drops on any round but if you want to use them for mobility that wouldn't be a bad idea

@@Cuebebsjc Ascension already has a good strategy out there for BO1 but I have an unfinished R100 Nacht strategy that pin points everything can go wrong and how to prevent it for maximum safety instead of just "here's the early/high round strategy" should be released soon

couldn't you just let the monkeys take the drop and get a max every time? and not have to worry about trades until very high rounds.. a bit confusing there. i just got the rest of the zombies maps (from the other 3 DLCs with 1 map per)
The monkeys are not going to take the drop every time, that's the problem with that suggestion. Luck will be out of your favour at some point and you will need to trade.

Dude I died on 93 a few days ago. I hit the box for an hour and a half and didn’t get my baby gun back :/
Round 93 on the hardest map in BO1 is really impressive! Keep trying I know you can get it. One thing i would say is careful of the regrowers I've gotten g spawn error on round 99 before and as early as round 79.
@@demonking2526 thanks. I might attempt it again in like 6 months because I really don’t feel like playing that map again for a while 😂. I think Five is probably the hardest BO1 map though. It’s the only one out of the six new black ops maps that I don’t have a 50 on.
@@timratliff5646 Yeah true. Five does have a harder strategy in general. Shangri La is up there and it also had a common error which annoyed me when I first tried to attempt for a higher round past 40, because I didn't know what I was doing wrong. Google thought otherwise :)

Round 47 is still a really good round for this map in BO1 tho! About the nepalm, make sure you shrink it before killing it to greatly reduce the damage he inflicts on you.
There is no real practical way to prevent the shrieker from blinding you but if you just pay attention to your surroundings you should be fine. The blurriness isn't that big of a deal
This was an amazing video but I have a question what perks should I use if I play in multiplayer and should I use the same guns?
Can't get the same weapons or perks in Multi. Would be awesome though I'm sure there's a mod for that.
@@demonking2526 oh ok I play on plutonium so maybe its possible? But if its possible would you still recommend me using jug phd speed cola and maybe mule kick over quick revive instead?
@@Chasemekillers Stick to Jug, PHD, Stam and QR that's your best bet for this map. Plutonium also causes crashes when you use the dual CZs (from what I've heard from high round players) so I would just recommend playing steam
