Trying to move the Leopard 2A4 with the Leopard 1 Berger - LEOPARD 2 tank puts up at fight

Trying to move the Leopard 2A4 tank who has been standing in front of the Tank museum for 10 years.
The Leopard is basically just a hull, the engine and most of the inside has been removed.
But when they put the Leopard in its place 10 years ago, they activated the brakes, and that turned out to be quite a challenge now.

Mal wieder Fachkräfte am Werk.
Wenn die Notlöseeinrichtung der Feststellbremse nicht betätigt wird oder nicht funktioniert, wird sich der 2A4 nicht vom Fleck bewegen.
Da kann der Bergepanzer 2 machen was er will - das reicht nicht aus.
Von Vorteil wäre auch das Trennen der Verbindung (Schiebemuffe) zwischen Getriebe und Seitenvorgelege.
Das ist bei einem intakten Fahrzeug für kurze Zeit nicht unbedingt erforderlich.
Wie allerdings der Zustand des Getriebes bei diesem im Freien ausgestellten und mit Wasser vollgelaufenen Fahrzeug ist....???
Um den Leopard relativ schnell vom Fleck zu bekommen reicht es aus, die Ketten vorne und hinten zu trennen und dann auf den Laufrollen zu verfahren.
Alles andere ist erstmal zu aufwendig.

Leave the drain plug out

If you just disconnected the muff couplings (final drive disconects) it would move regardless if the brakes were stuck on or not , maybe next time .

Its only turret and hull, so They estimated about 30 ton
