Great collection of discs and soundtracks there jules 👌hard to imagine star wars without john Williams epic scores !!!! some real gems there ! max rebo Jedi rocks 😂 amazing stuff as always mate 👍😃
The special edition version shown is the NTSC version with the AC-3 sound. NTSC Laserdisc was the best over PAL. Blu ray and laserdisc are the best home video formats My favourite soundtrack set for the original trilogy are the ones from 2004 because of it being a 2 disc set (reprints of what you own).
Jules Burt I don’t have but laserdiscs but I’m a Star Wars home video collector and I have the 2004 special edition reprints of the original trilogy (both gold: HMV exclusive box set and standard silver box set). I want to be able to start a Star Wars laserdisc collection at some point though. Specifically starting from Japan because the Japanese sets are my favourite in terms of artwork. Especially if you can get the original 1986 (ironically the year I was born) widescreen Masters. This was the first time the full Star Wars original trilogy was made available in widescreen. I know this because Nathan Butler (do a UA-cam search for his from the Star Wars home video library) He is the whole reason why he finally made me kick my own arse to start a Star Wars home video collection. Nathan also has a book chronicling Star Wars home video US releases but also does side notes to illustrate points so for example the US never got a VHS release of revenge of the Sith yet anyone in the PAL Region did. This book is available on Amazon if you’re interested. The best part of my collection is that I’ve got the original 1990/1991 VHS releases for the original trilogy although growing up I only had empire and Jedi and I had a new hope record it off the TV on a Betamax type 😜🤘😜
Well, look for the Star Wars videos pretty soon. I also have a massive Darth Vader standee for the videos, think it's unused. I'll try and dig it out for a future video.

Great stuff! You should track down the Revenge of the Sith CD as it has a bonus DVD which is rather fabulous 😎

I think the PAL version of Star Wars would actually fit on a single disc since PAL runs a little faster.
Also, no Meco albums???
