oh my God there's too many... as the kids going there was the biggest thing ever. and, biggest Time of My Life as a kid in years later help my friends racing there, racing in the Sportsman class in the street stock class...
It’s a shame you didn’t mention any of the car owners. Not every hero of OCFS was a driver or driver owner. The Grant King modified introduced by Tony and Ronny Ferraiuolo changed the face of modified racing in the 70s in the north east. Gary Balough and Billy Osmund won a lot of races in those cars but didn’t own them. Also Richard Marinelli owned the M1 and Richard Egge and Paul Hildebrandt, the pink #9.
The M1, the pink #9, and the original Gremlin #73 owned by Ferriaulo were all built by Whip Mulligan. A true gentleman and a very smart man. I wish he was mentioned among the greats. He helped and touched a lot of people back in the day.
Flemington Speedway in the 70's ...those were the days spent with my Dad and friends...miss those days.
It's sad, truley, that it's gone! Besides the racing, I loved the fair!
My uncle raced at ocfs for many years don’t get down to Middletown much but love watching the racing there
love this place going there as a kid and going helping my friends racing back in the 90s
What’s your favorite Orange County Fair Speedway moment?
Im reply to all of these, When We had a 13 or so Big Block Pile up maybe around 2013 or about there.
Eastern States 200 2010 When McCreadie won and Friesen Throwing a fit
