As you could see, if miss it will be on cool down; it fail and lasso the hunter instead you might get free damage. Also know the distance of the rope. As in the video where you try to lasso Mind Eye from Geisha on the ship, you fail two times as from distance and lasso hunter. Yes he will,......but Foward can do what cowboy can't too. Like stunning hunter from doing action and resuce. So I think cowboy is more advantage in turn of kiting.
Cowboy has -10% static decode which is only around 6 seconds slower at decoding. Excitement and open spaces is forward's kryptonite. So yes cowboy will be better. But cowboy only has 4 saves with the lasso and forward has more than that....potentially.
why the buff? i mean an ridiculous auto-aim+acrobatics+a stupid boost+an 20% stunning time buff doesnt seem balanced with his 10% decoding nerf at all.
@@blueracecar53 cowboy will be able to prevent someone from getting to the rocket chair affectively, probably even more affective than forward, because he has a ridiculous boost, ridiculous vaulting speed and a ridiculous precision with his auto aim. apperently they didnt care to even something out on him, his decoding speed is nerfed but its still better than forward's and coord's when someone is on the rocket chair, he has only 1 real downside that is his 10% decoding speed nerf which will probably not matter considering that he can do all this.
@@blueracecar53 the devs nerfed the main used hunters but for what? if they want variety they should instead buff some of them instead of just making them harder to play with, while they didnt give a fuck about evening cowboy's new habilities out.

A tip of advice always be 2 steps ahead of the hunter and get good at hiding and doing calibrations so you dont give your position away
