You can't do the interior logic in RDR games. It's from many centuries ago, and the two franchises interiors are way too different to make a reasonable comparison.
The Gta 6 delay to 2025 was a great option, since I bet Rockstar saw how Cyberpunk released before date and had a lot of bugs, and they were like "Yeah, we are not going that path..."
