    52:14 - i think about this often. Personally, being a Driver (and an ENTJ) i think trust is orders of magnitude more important than liking, especially in the complex sale, but i think liking could play a larger role in the transactional sale and with Expressives or Amiables (or whatever they are called in the DiSC methodology)
