You can buy wine in varlamore from a shop keeper who has infinite supply so you don’t have to world hop anymore

Although I can safely go to the wildy altar now, I still prefer the new bone shards method cause it's super chill.
Also, Zealot robes have a chance to proc for each shard. You'll end up saving a ton of shards over time. Highly recommend.

Only slayer monsters with a slayer lvl requirement have superiors, thats why trolls, greater/black demons and such dont.
heads up theres a npc in varlamore that sells more than 5 jugs of wine - Cam Torum has a bartender that sells an infinite stock
You can get splinters pretty quickly by doing the first wave of Coliseum and leaving.
