I didn’t appreciate how big the front door was until Enes started walking towards it and got smaller and smaller. It was like a reverse of the Willy Wonka corridor scene.
I'm gonna be honest, I watch a lot of house tour channels but this one is simply the best. The commentary from Enes is perfect, informative and he has a great personnality, I think he has a great synergy with his team too. I wish you guys would visit some high rise appartements as they are my favorite :D

You just get so much more out of the houses from the way Enes explained it. You can see the research and dedication he has put into the showcase of the home, it’s almost like he was the architect.

One thing I loved about this team Enes that they know everything and show each and everything about the house. They know about the property the details and it feels so good to see. I love these videos - especially because they show what designers are doing these days with home layouts, furnishings, lighting, etc. I'd take some of these concepts, especially the color schemes and incorporate them into my own home someday. Do you preview any smaller homes. I don't know how I'd fill 5 bedrooms - 2 would be ideal.

I do have a question, since I'm new to this: imagine a house similar to this, that has three levels of patios exposed to the elements. In the unlikely event of rain in Los Angeles, I want to know if the owner has to quickly run to all three levels and save all the cushions from the rain… Or are they otherwise protected, or how is this done?
I may sound dumb for asking this question but I wanna know the answer so here's the question: How do they keep the couch/cushions outside dry? Does it not rain there?? I'm confused 😂
our clubhouse in our apartment has an outdoor seating area with a barbeque setup. When it rained the seats were really wet. I think the sun was just the one making it dry or idk maybe they are doing something about it.

that's the palisades for you. I go to school up there and there are 1k sq ft houses that cost upwards of 5 million right next to the school. The land up there is pretty insane.
