Not that difficult just take it off and swap the part over

My bumper and fender and screwed together its impossible to get off as the screw is facing the opposite way so no way to get it out

Try using a pliers or a vise grip to hold the other end

It’s pretty simple once you take the bumper off you will see the screws that’s holding the grill on to the bumper
