In the words Информациа and Любить the use of и is not a consequence of the 7-letter rule. So, after another consonant than the 7 mentioned, in principle и as well as ы are used? Or is there a rule for this case, on which to conclude for и in Информациа and Любить?
In любить the sound is clearly И and the letter is И, умут though Б is not in the list, but after Б you can use Ы, which can not be said about the letters in the list, I gave you. As for информация, -ЦИЯ very common ending for Russian nouns - акция, нация, конституция, is it like the English ending -TION. And after ц you can occasionally use Ы as well.
