As bands don't sell records anymore cause 90% of all listeners are streaming, this bands tours itself to the core for 2 years already only on Glow On (their third full-length album, 2022) - would records still sell they'd be rich by now and Rolling Stone would notice they exist
@@sebastianlaudage7218 All we know from every band, label and record shop we talked to in the last 7 years, that is not true. Records don't sell. It's below the level that any new band would need to work their way through to the next level. ( Bands who still could do that, are the bands before 2005. )
Maybe show some more of Franz Lyons - he's one of the best bass players of our time, originally from Baltimore's long going hip hop scene - the guys are all from the same remote neighbourhoods
2 years of endless touring globally - America south and north, Asia, and now Europe again - that is a stretch ( I wonder they haven't stopped a year ago)
Sadly the first song tells more truth than they know. The mystery is gone. The singer now looks like hes just going through the motions, barely there compared to shows from a few years ago. I agree with others in the comments, hardcore, if they are a hardcore band, does not translate well in very large venues. The energy transfer is just not there.
I looked at the Festival Poster 'Southside' 2024, it seems they put them on the > last day of the Festival, afternoon not evening, and some slots before Avril Lavigne. No criticizing Avril Lavigne at all ( i was a fan as a teen), but looking at the other headliners and their audiences, Turnstile might have been much better on day one where Bring Me The Horizon played.
@@groundgero6991 They play big shows for 2 years now, Primavera, Hell Fest, Flog Gnaw, big venues in Asia too. Bands also don't earn much money anymore because people don't buy records but stream instead, so bands need to tour to have an income at all. Me wondering why mosh pits always spontaneously form around me
Was jamming to these guys in my car. When I got out some young kids looked at me confused.
Great band !
I wish, for just once, they would open up with a DIFFERENT SONG!!!!

Did you have SUM 41?
Sorry, no
Bad Brains modern era
Get your head checked
What's wrong with the crowd?
It's like the very first time they heard a hardcore band 😅
You should not wave for the hardcore band 😅
This song is literally just a rip off of a mid era quicksand song. Its note for note.

Radiohead of hardcore?
Seen turnstile many times, just don’t like in recent years the reverb on the vocals live
aaahhh the hipster hardcore band
yeah, how cool are you now?
yes,this band svck.
@@ElLoroDeIorio no one cares about your opinion

They're fucking awesome. 90s hardcore dude here.
I'm sorry, but this just does not translate to a huge outdoor venue. This band is best experienced in a club setting. 500 people max
Yes, because artitst don‘t have to make a living out of their shows.

Saw them in a small setting in 2013 and this is the truth
I see 1000’s of people and the band rockin out, silly boy.
Who’s the cutie on guitar? 😍
she looks like the old bass player of chubby and the gang. Meghan.
Meg Mills
