My broadband provider is having problems with throughput at there end . My incoming speed at the router is this 40 mbps. but a speed test going through my broadbands server is 5 mbps Now if I use a vpn, cutting out my broadband providers servers, and using a private one , my speed is now 35 mbps, Are my broadband providers servers over subscribed????
