If you choose the anti venom the webs are not symbiote. It's regular web. But in symbiote suit he using symbiote web

Here a tip if you use the black color and want him to sound angry switch to miles and switch back to peter and he sounds angry when using the black color

Happens in NG+ before you even recieve the black suit normally. After that mission the surge changes suits again
