I feel like the jesko would benefit from the new windscreen piece off of the utopia and the new wheel arch fender pieces to where its 1 stud lower so its not studs showing, im sure every older speed champion would benefit from that one but the jesko would look much better with the utopia style windscreen and if they angled the front down more and also adding white on the spoiler like the real thing and if they were to make the front end the same length but a bit dulled so that the headlights could be a littke longer and thinner like the real thing
would love to see how you end up displaying your cars. I am getting to the point where I too would like to start displaying them and am trying to find what people are doing
I think its mostly when Lego uses the larger piece mudguards. On sets that they use the mudguard style that sets outside of the body they are able to get much lower lines around the fenders, like on the McLaren F1gt and the Lamborghini Countach, and even these require 2 studs of width over the wheels. Yes you're right Lego can not replicate tight bodywork around wheels typically.
All the new things we need for upcoming Speed Champions sets: 1. New wheel rims. I'm tired of getting the same 2 wheel covers (not counting the printed ones which is worse imo). Lamborghini Hexagon style wheels would be nice 2. I think there is still unnecessary space for the full-length mudguards. Just look at piece 50745. Barely anything. Except they are a little too big. 3. I won't lie, I would rather see more stickers than prints (except headlights). Hear me out, for MOC builders like me, it's very useful. If you look at my Aventador on my community page, I was able to use the Logo from the Countach set. And these stickers should be transparent. This way we don't have to worry about miscolors in any color! Phew that was a lot of typing!
If you think these are bad you should look at the Aston Martin Valkyrie. When I first saw it on the box I literally had no clue what it was supposed to be.
