Loved the presentation. Just my opinion: I cannot agree with the last part (future of sauvignon B). A lot of people have had enough of it. There is no such thing as 'a wider variety of styles' because sauvignon is all about the primary aromas -not about ageing. The exception is Pessac, but that's a blend, as you already pointed out. If plantings are increasing that doesn't mean that people are buying it -that's why growers get subsidized.
Boxwood is an evergreen small tree or bush that is commonly planted as hedges or plantet as ornamental. The leaves have a distinct smell, that when very intense can resemble cat urine.
