If it's a wheel and depending on size, just find something that's slightly smaller in circumference (like a small juice glass) to hold on top with one hand and use a knife dipped in warm water (so the cheese won't stick to the blade) and just cut around the glass and pop out. Best if cutting right out of the fridge, but serve it at room temp.
