Pesticide is gross. Much better to use things that wont harm your family and will increase property value like plants that naturally repel and creating homes for beneficial insects using hardscaping.

though chems may not be safe they are much better than the “natural” bs I tried the natural stuff once for mosquitoes, didn’t work. We had to fog the whole yard and only then they died

@@mateorivera2020 look into IPM methods specific to your area that utilize native and non-invasive plants and bugs. Otherwise there are methods that are universal, such as cardboard mulching and torch weeding, boiling water, vinegar, to prevent weeds. Just one example in a huge world of organic and regenerative gardening.
      From the web:
IPM uses a combination of biological, cultural, physical, and chemical techniques to prevent and control pests. For example, biological control uses living organisms like predators, parasitoids, and pathogens to suppress pest populations. Chemical control uses pesticides, but only when needed and in combination with other approaches. Pesticides are selected and applied to minimize harm to people, non-target organisms, and the environment.
Some components of an effective IPM strategy include: Identifying pest threats, Monitoring and measuring against thresholds, Decision making, and Record keeping and follow-up.
IPM aims to suppress pest populations below the economic injury level (EIL). It can reduce the need for pesticide intensive activities like broadacre spraying and help prevent problems from occurring.
      I recommend digging deeper too.

Got some Pitcher plants and oh my.
I've had them about a year now, and last time I checked them in summer when billions of flies were around(Australian hell) looked inside one of them to see it PACKED FULL OF FLIES.
Get setup with a good carnivorous plants and use the bug repellant(the smells they don't like) to seal off some cracks from em in a eco friendly way.

Wastes too much soap, 50/50 water soap works better
