Good video OC . The Q series are the best Manitowocs from their line . Weird to see a yellow Body water inlet valve on that unit . Usually see those on the Indigos and Indigo NXT . I know that’s not the original valve . Good video
Totally agree with u on that ! That Machine takes a licking and Keeps on ticking ! It’s Beenvery dependable , pretty easy to clean too. I Like it a lot. I Put that valve in a Few years ago. You know your manitowocs I can see 😉.That machine kicks booty ! Thanks for watching ! 👍🏝

OcRefrigeration , Hvac & Electrical Video's. Scotsman still in business and making new machines , the Scotsman Prodigy is what you see the most . I’ve never worked on a Cornelius . I’ve seen Koldraft cubers , but never worked on those .If you neglect a Scotsman it will make you spend $$$.

my ice machine works good 3 ro 4 day. then freezing the panel and water not came at the same time. is it water dump valve problem or something else?

Yea, Me too ! I think it just comes down the the almighty dollar.
1) Most Customers Just Prefer to Fix on Break & Clean it at that time. ( 80% )
2) Some customers Just could care Less if it’s dirty or clean. ( 10% ) ( Penny wise , pound foolish. )
3) Some Restaurants Want thier Restaurants Kept Clean & Properly Maintained & Do Regular Maintenace & ice Machine Cleanings Regularly & Water Filters changed on a schedule. ( 10% of Restaurants. ) These Customers actually Spend Less overall , Have Far Fewer Emergencies ( if any ) , Almost Zero Headaches with Equiptment & Just Generally Have a Better Quality of Life Regarding Refrigeration & ice. Planning Repairs & Equiptment Replacement too. Much happier customers.

Ive seen wayyy worse ice machines. this one was very clean comparatively speaking.
So what caused your 68 volts to the valve?
One Main wire to ice machine melted & fried.

This one was a Defective ice thickness Probe. I Just Replaced the ice thickness probe. I do not clean them anymore. They are cheap & I keep them stocked on the truck. The Probe was not letting one of the lights go out on the board.
After replacing probe. Circuit board worked.
my big question no looking into having equipment clean the owner/ the authority smh
