The size is good. If you go back and revise the plan to accommodate the following, you would have a perfect tiny house:
1) change the steps to a bookshelf type staircase, or even a swirl vertical staircase. Place this on the far right of the unit. Place closet, storage and washing machine under the stairs.
2) make the bathroom bigger to accommodate a face basin and mirror.
3) make windows smaller in width but taller. Eliminate window on the right where staircase is proposed. I would love to see this plan redone to be more functional.

@@GoodFatherHouseDesignIdeas This is more a bangaloo then it is a home. It is not suitable for long term living because there is no room or land for expansion. This would be even hard for a couple to live in because it is to tight of a space. But i see where it can be more of a temporary rental property for a single person only who might have a friend just visit. To me id rather have just a bit more land & build just a bit wider. I have seen very nice size tiny homes but they are wide enough for long term living like 15 meters by 15 meters or 10mx10m. Spaces to narrow are not good for long term health.
A spiral staircase would be better, don't you think?
I agree with you! The bathroom should be upstairs too
put a staircase against that handle wall with storage under the stairs.that whole ladder handle concept is impractical and dangerous.

Hola! Yo tuve una casita de 3x3 y tenía escalera, queda bien en ese espacio, se puede poner el inodoro o retrete debajo de la escalera o se puede hacer 3 escalones, un pequeño descanso y los restantes o también una escalera japonesa q es un escalón para el pie izquierdo y otro para el derecho!!

great design of tiny house , but need also to improve space planning to save more spaces for other furnitures. .
This is a great looking little house only one problem that I can see the vertical staircase will not work ~ people are clumsy by nature and they would hurt themselves on this ~ but with that said I really enjoy this virtual idea of a tiny house

A spiral staircase would be much better for this house.. Its space saving and safer than the one on this video.

one thing i would change is that vertical ladder, which is dangerous with a child. i would redesign that as a stairs with huge foor clearance. but overall 9/10 i have this as one of the options i will have once i get my own house.

Esse projeto está bem melhor do que aquele outro que vi antes, a faixada ficou linda, os cômodos estão mais bem dispostos, e o segundo piso pelas dimensões propostas para as acomodações e uma varanda minimalista (porém muito bonita) os gastos com a laje seriam bem pequenos, acho que o único ponto negativo aqui seria a escada para o acesso ao segundo piso, se o projeto fosse pra mim, eu não teria problemas em subir e descer por ela todo santo dia (meus braços e pernas ficariam até mais volumosos com isso) mas acho que para mulheres e pessoas mais idosas, isso seria um certo incômodo, creio que uma escada menos íngreme seria muito bem vinda, de qualquer forma parabéns pelo projeto! 👍
Esse projeto ficou show, é tudo que precisava, vou fazer um pouco maior 3X4 para alugar na praia. Top.

Hello, can you design a 2 bedrooms home in a lote 4.25 meters by 22 meters long living parking infront and living back yard. The house can only be 48 square meters. Can only have windows front and back.

The shower is in bad position, the watter goes to the door. Is impossible to take a shower. The rest of design it looks great.

3 metres be able to attach 10 steps cantilever attach to wall rather than ladder (suitable only to service facility) ... at 2 rooms be better.
The concept is Industrial and I like the idea of space saving ladder instead of a stair. How can you fit-in a stairs in a 3x3? Tiny house? Spiral stair? Hmm possible.

The corner where the stairs/ladder are is not usable for anything, so why not just have a spiral stair case? I think this plan would be way more functional if you reversed the living spaces (i.e. have the downstairs contain the bed and bathroom, with the kitchen and living room on the second floor. That way the area where you’ll likely spend most of your waking hours will be the nicer, brighter, more airier space with a view; the balcony could then have a small grill and bistro table and chairs for outside dining, since there really isn’t room inside).
Stairs can be round. This tipe is not secure.

Hello po, hm po ang budget sa ganito? Naappreciate ko lalo na sa single na gaya ko, sa farm hehe. Sa hagdan lng po yong nauuso na nagigilid or binababa para mas safe po. Other than that grabeng ganda. Tapos yong tuktok lagyan po ng bakal as terrace =)

How do occupants climb the vertical stairs carrying something upstairs?
I prefer lost the balcony but put a stairs to the secont floor. To climb for not Jung persons is not posible. Thanks and like just the stairs please

Too tiny and not enough for even a single person. The ladder handle is too dangerous. One should not take risks with such type of climbing up. It's a doll house

O yo vi mal, o la escalera son apenas 3 o cuatro escalones y luego hay que trepar tomando esas varillas contra la pared? Complicado, no vayas a tener que ir al baño con apuro en medio de la noche
