It COULD be better than you think. AI is best used in development by using it to complete boring and repetitive task. Less time spent doing boring bugchecking, or tedious optimization, and more time spent designing. Meaning the devs get a ton more time developing the creative aspects and play testing. I study AI and machine learning and trust me they are completely outclassed by humans in creativity.
