Yes, thanks Catherine!!!
Brooke you are doing a good job taking care of mama and babies 💕💕💕💕
I love that you have a community of friends and fellow farmers who support each other.
God bless you Brooke.
Those babies will thrive on Cog Hill Farm no matter what. Y'all are just filled with love. God bless you all❤❤❤
AMEN🙏🏻
I agree 😊❤!
Brooke, Please don't get frustrated. Your goat milking journey is its own adventure. While this is a learning experience for you, it is an educational one for your viewers.
Brooke, as a dairy farmer's daughter, i have hand milked many of cows and it can be quite tasking on the hands. You are doing everything correctly for the health and comfort of the mamas and babies.❤
What a effort,Jason must be glad he married such a good farmer!
Thanks Katherine for helping, your a wonderful friend and neighbor.
Ditto to all the "thank yous" below!! It was great to have Catherine help with the milking machine!
Many thanks to Katherine at G&G Farm for helping out!
Curtis, Laura, and 'Ol Red Will grow up big and strong with all the hand feeding and love that they're getting. ❤️
I hope your milking machine arrives quickly to help you out, Brooke.
Aww, Brooke you look so beautiful sitting there feeding the babies. I pray Fefe will heal soon. The babies are so adorable!! I just love yall s channel. The animals are so lucky!! Thank you Katherine for trying to help air hugs to you❤❤❤
Those baby goats are adorable. They just tickles me the way the other animals peek through to watch them. How sweet.❤️
Thank you for being so caring and loving. God bless you all at Cog Hill Farm!
1 Corinthians 4:2 ESV - Moreover, it is required of stewards that they be found faithful.
You are true stewards and such beautiful people, God Bless you!! That is why your animals and the farm thrive.
Thank you Katherine for trying the help Phefe
Triplets all hungry at same time is a challenge. You are a great human mom. Hope meds and machine help FeFe. You are making a great decision on retirement for FeFe.
Brooke we all have things we wish we would have done. Hindsight is always as they say 20/20. If we could only vision the future but we WITHOUT A DOUBT know you do all you can and the safety and well being of each and every animal and human on the farm is paramount to you, Jason, and Mary Carl. Please don’t feel the need to explain. I know there are commenters and so on .. they don’t live and experience your farm. We love and support you as you ❤️
Brooke, please know that you are doing your best and ordering the machine is just that! And, thankyou to Catherine of G&G Farm for giving your larger breed goat a try on her machine! You never know til you try! I love y'all! 😊
Im so glad you are being a good farmer to your babies and not just making the lazy excuse, I'll just let nature.. . You are loving, kind, and wonderful farmers to your animals. Thank you.
Those sweet babies are so adorable and so very lucky to have a human momma and daddy that love them and will take care of whatever they need. Sometimes “it takes a village.” ❤❤❤❤❤❤
Vickie here. Sorry Fifi is having so much trouble nursing the kids. I am glad you sre able to supplement and I am happy Capri has plenty of milk for her babies and to have enough for Fifi's little ones to have some of hers too. Hoping Fifi is better soon. God bless you for all you have done snd are doing to save Fifi's little ones. ❤❤
The curiosity for the babies from the donkeys warms my heart ❤❤
You know you can build something to hold all the bottles to feed all the babies at once. It’s easier on you, too! Good job, substitute goat mama! TYTY for sharing! ❤️❤️🙏❤️❤️
But you loose the binding time using a bottle holder. I bottle fed quads and thoroughly enjoyed holding each one and feeding it.
Brooke you do what works for you and the goats, no judgement here. You take wonderful care of your girls…boys to! ❤️🌻
Do the best you can, Brooke. That's all you can do. You have such a sweet way with your goats, and we know you're going to help the mommas as best as possible. ❤
Brooke, you understand best what you can do. The desire to do right by the kids is the core of animal husbandry. Getting the udders drained is important for the mama's health.
The lessons for everyone are also gifts, so thank you.
Carry on
❤
Hang in there Brooke! Don’t beat yourself up! You’ve been doing EVERYTHING you could all along the way for success! You could not have foreseen these issues! You’ll work it out and I KNOW all of your animals will thrive in the process!! Love you♥️♥️♥️
You look so happy feeding those babies! It's a shame Fifi can't nurse them....poor Mama!
You had no way of knowing that this would happen.
Auntie Mildred’s gonna have 5 babies jumping on her! 🥰🤣😍

They're all cute but Little Red is particulary handsome.
So very glad the babies took to the bottle! The machine may be the ticket to helping momma get through this! So happy to see them again! Just love farm babies.
That is the sweetest picture of you feeding those babies with the bottle! ❤ And you guys are so lucky to have such wonderful friends nearby!
My weather alerts keep going off for tornado watches in your area. I am praying for all of you and praying that the watch doesn't turn into a warning. So worried for nuggo and his family. You are such a good mama. Y'all take care❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
You take good care of your animals. Brooke you got this. Its not the first time you had to be a Mommy
Those baby goats are the most beautiful I have ever seen.looks like they will get plenty of milk .

Life... it's what happens while we're making other plans. 😊 Great Job!
you're a beauty, Brooke. always looking for the kindest, non invasive, best way to take care of all your animals. Mama goats are in the best hands ever, as you work to solve the problem with the udder. ❤
Katherine is a beautiful soul, just like you are and a wonderful friend to try to help you out. Don't beat yourself up for not being able to predict the future. Everyone knows you only do what is best for your animals and their health and comfort comes first. It will all work out.
Oreo and Double Stuff, that's cute. You should keep those names. And I take maloxicam for my arthritis and it helps a lot. Hope it works for your girl.
Brooke, when you said double-stuff, I thought 'and some'mores! You couldn't have guessed, Brooke, and my hands ached just watching you.
Well, Brooke, you didn't know. After all, it seemed like the cream was really working well. Now that the machine is coming you'll be prepared for any further issues in the future.❤
Oh bless you Brooke, you’re such a beautiful soul. Your love for your animals is so tangible, you’re a wonderful caring goat mum. Don’t give yourself a hard time for not being able to do what you really want to with Fifi and Capri, you’re precious, never forget that. 🙏🏻✨
I know MaryCarl will be more than happy to help you with that chore. Everybody will get the treat of baby goat love. So glad that you will now be able to to order a bigger cup. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Plantago major, peppermint oil, coconut oil .
Crush plantago and peppermint into a small pot. Add coconut oil (or coconut butter) and simmer on low for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool. Fill salve tins. Massage into entire bag and teat area once a day after feeding kids.
Plantago is a drawing herb with amazing healing properties.
It is also antimicrobial and antifungal.
Peppermint is a soothing herb that helps relax tissue.
God bless you Brooke. Your efforts are more than commendable. Truly, you are an angel.
Sorry girl don't keep worry about what you didn't know was ahead. We are praying for you
I've learned it is a relief to accept our physical limitations and use all the helpful tools that are out there to assist us. Grace to you.

Don't beat yourself up Brooke. It will all work out!
God bless you Brooke! You're doing the very best that you can. I can understand totally what you're going through because I too have autoimmune disease. Some days are really hard and on those days we just have to slow down and let our bodies rest! Take care of yourself! ❤🙏🏻

Do not be so hard on yourself, you ARE a wonderful second goat Mama ❣️
I'm sorry to here about the issues with Phe Phe utters. When you mention you had arthritis in your hands it made me question if your hands could hold up. I also have severe arthritis in both hands so I get it. Happy to hear that you ordered the milking machine to help both moms. You and Jason always do what is best for your animals, even if isn't going to go as you had planned or wanted. You two are the BEST!
Good morning Brooke and Catherine! Thank you both for caring so much for your animals ! Those babies are absolutely beautiful and we know Brooke you will do all you can for them ! Don’t feel bad for not ordering the milk machine.. like you said , you would have gotten the wrong tubes . Just doing your best is all you can do ! I love the concern Jesse is giving seeing the babies ! She and Mildred make great Aunts ! Thank you again for caring so much for mommas and babies !!
Lavern and Shirley
Brooke, you are a perfect goat grandma!💕
Brooke don’t feel guilty , think of yourself health wise with your hands your doing wonderful with them
Godbless love Christine Ukx
Those babies have such beautiful eyes. Brooke that is so wonderful that you are willing to help those little one, rather than euthanize them
They make formula for baby goats.
Getting a milking machine is a good move. You never know what your energy levels will be at from one day to the next. And some goats actually do better on a machine! The important thing is that the babies are well fed and the mama's are comfortable.💖💖💖
Don’t fret over the milker. No one knows what the future will hold. Who says you have to use the milker all the time. Just happy you are feeling better I’ve missed you. God’s blessings
Love seeing you feed the babies! So sorry Phephe is having so many problems with feeding the babies. They are so precious!
So sorry it didn't work. That was so nice that Catherine came to help. Give Curtis a kiss for me.I know I shouldn't have favorites but he stole my heat.❤
Thanks Brooke. God Bless you, Jason and Mary Carl.
With a momma like you Brooke your babies and momma goats are in good hands.
Sheepishly Me. Sandi Brock has a hand held pump she uses for enlarged teets. Would not hurt to have one on hand. She then pours it straight into a bottle. When the sheep are down, it comes in handy. Sandi Brock has great info for saving babies as well. ❤ Be safe, be well.
What a good mama you are. Hope the milking machine arrives soon. God bless you from Port Huron Michigan ❤❤❤
You will get this Brooke, no doubts. All you can do is do.the best you can and you are. Love to you all ❤
Oreo and DoubleStuff are the exact same names that came to my mind!
WELL GOOD MORNING BROOKE. THOSE BABY GOATS HAVE NO PROBLEM LETTING YOU FEED THEM. I THINK BECAUSE YOU HAVE BEEN HANDS ON SINCE THEIR BIRTH HAS MADE A DIFFERENCE ❤❤❤
Hang in there Brooke, you are doing a wonderful job for your babies. It will all work out, look at the bright side, like you said you may get to milk by hand again after you get the utters down. In the meantime, you get to feed the "little ones", what a blessing and such a joy to be able to do. Have a great day! 🥰
Hello Brooke. You look so comfortable sitting there feeding the three goatlets. I sure hope the milking machine comes in quickly.
Capri surprised you with delivering them so quickly... Poor Fifi! Hope you resolve the problem quickly...
My Sookie 🐕 was bottle fed with goat milk..Shes 2 years old now & still loves goat milk.. Goat milk is the universal milk for all babies..
Good luck mama Brooke..
❤️🙏🙋🏼♀️🐈🐕
I’m lactose intolerant and in ‘59 my mom used goat milk for me, too.
I bet Fify is relieved you are there to help her ! 🐝♥️
