DIY 30x60 Pole Shed day 5

• 30x60 Pole Shed part 2...
In this clip we’re simply placing our 2x6 boards onto our trusses.
Once in place you have to screw them on.
Using equipment and having help is a must!
The boards, post, and trusses are super heavy.
We bought this kit thinking it’ll only be 3 days to have it built @$1000 a day. Well we were wrong!
The builders/ contractors charge you based on the square footage. Ours is 1,800 sqft and the lowest estimate was $5.55 a ft 😱😱😱 that’s just for labor! They all said it’ll be built in 3 days! Who has $10K to pay for 3 days of labor?
We don’t! So here we are….
Do your research! Most builders and contractors are asking for an arm and leg!
We’re not contractors or builders! We’re definitely learning a lot as we go saving $10K one day at a time.
