- 資深傳媒人祈福德博士（Dr Mark Clifford）在香港新聞界赫赫有名，曾任職《南華早報》總編輯、《英文虎報》總編輯，然後成為壹傳媒集團非執行董事，並因為這身份，在《港區國安法》後，被逼離開已經居住了數十年、自己視之為家的昔日國際都會香港。
在這個「海外香港」系列的第300集訪問，Mark 詳細剖白了自己的香港故事，包括當時怎樣相信「一國兩制」，現在回看自己的天真，與及對作為上市公司的《蘋果日報》母體壹傳媒集團被幾個命令就摧毀的震撼。雖然他現在積極著書立說，嘗試提醒國際社會不要忘記香港，並在撰寫關於壹傳媒創辦人黎智英的故事，但他坦言從沒有想過走到台前擔任現在的角色，自己只是「accidental activist」，當初加入壹傳媒董事局，純粹是覺得壹傳媒商業運作的數碼化過程很成功，值得其他國際媒體效法，僅此而已。雖然他作為歷史學博士，深信根據歷史規律，獨裁必會終結，但如何將這理念應對現實，難免總有無奈。相信他的心路歷程，對不少真香港人都會引起共鳴。
