Loved the new library...... All instruments, are unique.... Love from India 🇮🇳🙏
My bank account shakes in fear every time you make one of these videos, Dom! 😂 I love these kinds of libraries. Always inspiring.
😂😂lol
Great video Dom! I think what also matters is you actually play these instruments as they’re intended to be played which adds to the realism. Many musicians don’t realize that you have to imagine you are playing that instrument and know about its scales and what it can and cannot do to make it sound its best.
That first Duduk was really impressive, going to have to get that!
Even, with a kazoo, you could make something beautiful. Looking forward to part 2.
Beautifully recorded and beautifully played, Dom. A few of these samples would fall flat without your consummate playing skill. Superb!
Thank you for the kind words man!
i love the use of the duduk by Bear McCreary in his scores, especially battlestar galactica
The subscription to use those instruments is very interesting to build your own templates before buying each instruments who are very expencive.
Please Do the Part 2. I'm so happy I found you. You play with so much Passion. WoW.
Fantastic video! I love them all and I have them all, haha. For Part 2, try the Ethera Gold Atlantis 3, Sahara Voices, and Prometheus libraries by Zero-G, you won't regret it. They are among my favorites. Amazing True Legato, lots of vocal phrases, and a lot of passion from the developer, who is a great guy.
Sorry for asking ! Do I have to buy the platform Kontakt 7 to get to these sounds ?
@@michaellazaridis942 Yes, to use the Ethera Gold Series ( Atlantis III, Sahara Voices, prometheus ) yuo need Kontakt Full, but are amazing, check for the Stefano Maccarelli videos ( the developer)
Thank you, Dom! I would like to see a part 2 of more instruments like these.
Let's give this channel lots of love guys...by clicking the bell & likes....Coz Dom loves us for real.
Cold on the keys! ❄️🙌💯 Great video
The strings sounded like an Italian theme song. And a bit of Persian flair.
Thank you friend ... we loved you and we admire you and if you want later with the mandolin we will send you a small bouzouki.... baglamadaki ... stay at the top for us too...!!!
You need a bigger monitor....
YoU nEeD MoAr LiKeS
Lol :D
I think that's an OLED TV that he uses.
This libraries sounds so natural 👌🏿🎹🎹.
Some really inspiring stunning sounds, serious talented fingers Dom, you make it look so easy! Such a great nimble pianist. Something that I’ve often thought about whilst playing string/real instruments via midi, is that it’s often difficult to know ‘how’ to actually play them, in order make the instruments sound more realistic. World Instruments are often a little more complex in technique aspects as well as tunings. I’d love to see some dedicated explanations of different ‘playing techniques’ of these sounds. Brilliant production as always Dom! Fantastic and interesting video.
Thank you for this beautiful intro to awesome instruments.. it woukd be awesome to hear the rest.. very inspiring..
Hey Dom! Massive fan here ❤🔥 Your video featuring the Rhodope Bulgarian choir VST from a while back was a game-changer for me. I've been a huge admirer of composer Kevin Penkin, especially his "Tower of God" soundtrack. Thanks to your video, I finally found out where he got that sound from. I'd definitely recommend checking the soundtrack out. I think you'd like it a lot. Anyways, keep the awesome content coming and have a nice rest of your day🔥
Dom man, you just played "Djurdjevdan" ("Lily of the valley day") from Goran Bregovic, this song in our Serbian history is very important and thanks for this man, totally unexpected
Bless up Dom. Great vid as per. 2:13 'World Music' is a better terminology imo. its fusion in many of today's genres renders the term 'ethnic' redundant. I'm a sucker for a nice Duduk, Instant goosebumps every time. Great selection highlighted. 'With great musical power, comes great terrabytes of SDD responsibility' lol Liking the image comp on your video, saw this on one of your past thumbnails and thought wouldn't it be good if.......then you brought it to life. Nice one dude!
Man you play amazing the gipsy 100%
Loved part 1, looking forward to part 2.
Byzantine music has 13 different types of keyboards to cover the whole repertoire. Each keyboard covers a number of modes and possible modulations...
awesome! part 2 for SURE!
Incredible.
Wonderful 👏👏👏
Damn!, you make keyboarding look so easy
Cheers for the demo tour! From what I've gathered, most of these Persian and Ottoman libraries do not have playable authentic quarter scale tunings available. Some microtonal articulations in the samples get close but not quite enough.
Thanks!
DOM PLS DO A PART 2 THIS IS SO AMAZING ❤❤❤❤❤❤
love your work always Dom need part 2.
Thank you, Dom! Please make, part 2!
Amazing video ❤️
Incridibles VST! thanks a lot for this video Dom! I subscribe your channel! Swane
0:01-0:09 My past loves, Manolis Hiotis. Sound of Bouzouki .
I looked for other videos discussing your physical desk workstation. I would love to know what you did to make your setup usable with that S88 cover, mixer, and large screen setup. I struggle with back and arm pain with a S88 sliding from under my desk and computer above desk with 32” screen on top of desk. If you talk about your ergonomics in your setup, it would help me and probably many others.
Dom thanks a lot for you huge effort ! 🤝👊 big BOOM 💥!!!😊
Part 2 please!!! ❤
Thanks Dom, great previews.
20:47 That song is called Djurdjevdan
As always a great video, as always (at least) one new purchase ;)
I've never heard you play Zero-G libraries, I think they get far too little praise, especially the price-performance ratio.
Sahara Voices and Atlantis are definitely among my “world music” vocal favorites
Absolutely , Indeed, @Dom Sigalas you should try Stefano Maccarelli's ( Zero-G ) Ethera Gold Atlantis 3, and Sahara Voices, and why not also Prometheus for male voices. Top Notch !
Absolutely love those libraries-they're the coolest thing the market has to offer right now!
Nice demonstration Dom, inspiring!
these first phrases bouzuki riffs sounds like a latin requinto or portorrican cuatro
As a musician from Russia, I'd say that you display a big Russian soul when you play the balalaika! 😊 Upon watching this video, I noticed that themes from the 'Sherlock' movie used an Indian instrument. Wanna see next part! Thank you!
I love this one!!
Awesome demo's - love it !
i would say,anatolia strings and breathe,also east west ra,PRECISIONSOUND kantele etc.sonokinetic kemence
Thanks for sharing some good libraries.
Nice one as always. waiting for part 2
Bravo❤
dude has brilliant keyboard skills
I still prefer the Emu Sound library from the early 90s, they just sound so real.
I like to play piano 😊
I'm still learning to play the piano, it's not easy, but I'll continue until I master it💪🏻😁
Yep, this is a great video! Thx
What have you been feeding your monitor, to make it grow so big? 😉
Ethnic Fruity Loops
And YES PLEASE MAKE A SECOND PART ❤🔥
Great stuff! Btw take it easy on "ethnic" it is a delimitting term for a cultural region. These regions have their own sounds, instruments, rytms, grades, expressions. It is a scientific term. To love it or hate it, it stays there anyways.
I know it is. But I happen to be an ethnomusicologist and this is a touchy subject for this specific science. ;)
Like from Russia! Native melodies..
Another case of associating duduk with deserts.
19:50 I like this emotion
As you get to a certain age, ones eye sight warrants a 48inch 4k asus rog monitor 😂 to be honest it looks like a video fx zoom plugin
Silk and Ra ... when you dont know what to do, go for one of the two.
Dom I'll for ever be grateful for your channel you've not just made me good producer but a unique producer ❤❤❤❤❤when am producing in Cubase my friend wonder how i do it 🙏🙏🙏they all produce in FL studio 😂
It looks yu love netflix alot.. So large screen. Fit for watchin movi pnly
As always, a very interesting video, Dom. I didn’t know some of the libraries at all. However, I’m surprised that you’re showing „EW Silk“ but not „EW Ra“. Just didn’t have it on your radar, or do you really believe that EW Ra is worse than the libraries you showed? Greetings from the Vulkaneifel.
I need a full version of what you played with the Accordion (beautifully) at 21:56
21:56 - 22:18
Hello and thanks for your videos, because you're an expert in Cubase. I have a problem with the Quantize. Why doesn't Cubase quantize properly. I create a simple 4/4, 1/16 rock beat with a simple steady kick and snare. Once I hit quantize, Cubase randomly places everything everywhere else and sounds ridiculously off. Please help
Μανόλης Χιώτης in the beginning.❤ 🇬🇷
And Mimis Plessas later (βρεχει φωτιά στη στράτα μου)
@@HarryVarthakourisOfficial Ακριβώς φίλε!😁❤🇬🇷
10:58 is the theme from the movie of jesus, the old movie
Hey Dom, I know this is not related to this video. But I'm having issues with my Steinberg UR816C when I try to use my Warm Audio VCA Bus Comp as an external plugin, the outs from my comp go to the ins of the UR816C but when I run the Outs of the UR816C back into the Comp I get this high pitched feedback look and then the whomp whomp. I'm wondering have you ever experienced a situation like what's described above. Now if I just send the Outs of the Comp to The UR816C there are no issues and send my MPC to the ins of the Comp it works fine same as when I use a Send and Return on my Behringer Xenyx 2222 it works fine. I would greatly appreciate any input you have because I really want to use it as an External plugin. Cheers. Look forward to hearing from you or someone who has Knowledge about routing with Steinberg's DSP Control software
Are there rhythms given by East West or by Gypsy? There s a great number of rhythms in Arabic music...tens of them. Ottoman music has about 22 rhythms. What are the years of these libraries? New Editions as well??
For a second there I was going to say welcome to the club of giant monitors (I have a 43" LG 4K) but then I noticed a little glitch on the top left! ;)
Great video but...I need this screen! Oh wait a sec... 😀😁
14:05 THATS SYRIA!!
Hay namaskar main Dharmendra Jiya mujhe yah vst pasand hai aur main ise Lena chahta hun ise purchase karne ke liye iska amount bataiye
Dear Dom, the theme you are play with oriental silk library, is the start of ‘Jesus of Nazareth’.
Hi I use live Godin guitars. Is there a way to have this libery with me to use it live? On iPad? Iphone? Or???? Thank you in advance. Nedjo
Wondering : is Oud Turkish as instrument!!!!?
Please can you make music for the Mesopotamian for babylon game?
Duduk is not an ancient musical instrument of Azerbaijan, the name of the instrument is Balaban.
Why is my kontakt player so small?
How can I get these stuff
THE THEME YOU PLAYED I THINK was from "jesus of Nazaruth" with Robert Powell the actor playing jesus..... i may of spelt Nazaruth wrong.
bro played djurdjevdan
is monitor display or tv ? How many inch?
Don't know if you have Croatian TAMBURICA sound. There are several kinds of tamburica (bisernica, prim). Also Istrian flaute called SOPILE. The sopile (or roženice, as it is called in Istria) is an ancient traditional woodwind instrument of Croatia, similar to the oboe or shawm. Dubrovnik has Linđo instrument called LIJERICA (an old Southern Dalmatian instrument with three strings). They are so specific for the cultural background of Croatia and also Unesco haritage.
Does anyone know what keyboard controller he's using here?
Part 2 Part 2 Part 2 Part 2 Part 2 Part 2 Part 2 Part 2
Hi bro.. followed U thru tiktok also.. great videos bruh . May I know where to get that screen of yours? Cos regular monitor/screen will not show much for kontakt library , most of the time I can't see anything even on my 32 inch screen
Hey Dom, please answer! I need your help🙏
Im Johnny Bronze a country singer/songwriter and producer. All my producing life i used Cubase (5) Few days ago I trialed Cubase 13 and bought cubase 13 elements. I noticed that in the Steinberg Library, there are pedal steel, dobro, amd fiddle loops. I downloaded em bought for some reason they show a red minus. Could you help with that? Thanks
Hey Dom, what kind of giant Monitor are you going to use here?
PART 2!!!!
seth rollins moonlighting as a music producer lol
Have you tried UVI WS2?
03:47 pump it 😁
10:43 Jesus of Nazareth
YES! Thank you 🙏🏼
@@DomSigalas You are welcome hehe! Btw, keep up your good work! I really love your videos!
Did C13 stop support VST2 plugin? I cannot even scan and see any VST2 in my C13.......................
Yes on the Mac. I’ve stopped using VST2 plugins 7 years ago. It’s 2024, just use VST3 :) ❤️
@@DomSigalas one of my goto percussion libraries is from AlanVista.
They are very old and only available as VST2, very sad
@@KlangWerck I know… but this is the reality, software has an expiry date if the developer doesn’t support it anymore. I can guarantee you if you search there will be better modern alternatives out there. I’ve been saying this for years to people obsessed with CamelCrusher.
also why not pronounce clearly every name till end we don kno wht yu said the names of these plugs ..why be so rushy when announcin names ,
