Yeah some days I just have zero patience with Adobe products. Crashing, freezing, stuttering, losing whole projects... Like I pay a monthly fee for your shit, make it stable....

Just wanted mention one thing: when you rename that "PSUserConfig" text file, leave the file type as .txt - don`t erase it, otherwise this won`t be a text document anymore)

OK!! What happened is that I didn't have the 'pen pressure' selected on Jitter in the Brushing Settings. Now it's working like a charm!! Thank you sooo much!!
