    Really good points about keeping tract of all the info about each individual customer. The only CRM I’ve used is The Customer Factor and it works great for all the same reasons you mention. But whichever one is used it is a HUGE step up from writing it all down on paper. Absolutely a necessary upgrade as a business grows. And thanks for putting my order in for the Stevo-nator pole. It’s so nice!

    Great video back steve! Very informative I had a very strong feeling in the companies where I worked that the communication and organization towards customers was very weak. When I took over the window cleaning part, I already invested a lot of time here. Indeed, there is always room for improvement. But communication and so on are a big part of why customers choose your service! Thanks for this informative video! See yaaaa

    Most of my customers don't even know how to text emails hell no😄 paper pencil notes works for me.my business is small so I can do all the work my self return customers is my priority always has employees could easily make you lose a customer I try my%1010 to keep those customers happy and word of mouth just gets better and better keep up the good work amigo

    Can Jobber send automated long term follow up emails and/or postcards to clients to help drum up repeat work (3-6 months later, or annual reminder emails or postcards)?

    Good advice, Markate is a 1/3 of the price of jobber. In my opinion, Markate is the WCR of CRMs due to do the level of quality of Customer service and support

    Lots of good info! I would love to have a credible CRM and website. The last time we tried things didn’t work out and it was a headache. What does it cost on a monthly basis to have both a crm and website?

    I've been using customer factor. I really like it. But I haven't used other CRMs to compare it to. Has anyone else used the customer factor?

      yes the customer factor since 2015 or 2016

      Yes, I have CF as well. I really like it. Customer Factor does all these things he is describing as well. I don’t use quick books or NiceJob, though. So I don’t know how they integrate with CF.

    Love the content Steve-o, quick question I’m in Australia and I was going to start using Jobber back in 2018 and also quick books due to the integration. What I didn’t realize and it seems the good people at Jobber didn’t know was that the Australian version of quick books doesn’t integrate. I’d paid a couple of months worth of subscription before I got around to realizing and brought the issue to their attention. Sadly no refund but I canceled the service as I couldn’t justify it. They said they were working on a fix but I’ve no idea if they have. I’ll be using a book keeper who wants me to switch to xero and use Jobber as a standalone as it’s meant to be a better accounting program and he said not to worry about the integration as he’ll be the stop gap. But in my mind if I’m paying quite a high subscription fee than I want it all to work as described. In your honest opinion would you still think to use Jobber or choose another crm that fulfills the criteria that’s cheaper?

      Hey Asher,
      I am using Xero accounting software. It is the best for invoicing, quoting and it integrates with Stripe payments. There are CRM programs that integrate well with Xero. Workflow Max is one that comes to mind.

    Great topic because when you're new it's easy to manage 10 customers a month, but it becomes way to time consuming when you get 30+ a month.
