This is nothing compared to Shanghai, China. I saw some “super fake” Chanel and Gucci that took my breath away. They looked and felt like the real thing. These bags were never displaced out in the open, but tucked away in a secure place. The sales person would always asked if you wanted to see a higher quality designer *esluxy* than the ones they displaced out in the open. If you said yes, the sales person stepped away and brought you a designer bag that looked authentic.

The Speedy 20 is super cute on you! 😍 I was tossing between this 20 and 25 but after trying the 25 on today, that made up my mind. The 25 does not look good as a crossbody (too bulky) which is how I like to wear my bags 99% of the same. So it’s going to be the Speedy 20 for me as well! 💕

If you can, take a vacation to Hawaii! I went for my birthday, and at least from the west cost, the difference saved at Louis Vuitton was more than the tickets for the plane. Saved about 15% in store with Hawaii’s price difference + low sales tax.
I own both bags in leather and I feel like my Alma fits a bit more but I’m in love with both bags! I don’t think I’m interested in the DE speedy 20, but I’m in Portland soon and will check it out in person if they have it
I went to Hawaii this past July and the speedy 20 was actually $30 more than in California. It still would come out cheaper with their sales tax, but that was the first time I’d seen the bag being more in Hawaii. Maybe it depends on the bag.
The guitar strap would be nice on an ebene Odeon I think. The 20 looked much better with the 25 strap.
That guitar strap is the best! I just got my first Speedy 25. I have Speedy 30s. That 25 is a great size but she wants to eat/tear up my hand getting in and out of her. At least your 20 has that extended zipper. Thank you for all your content. 😀
Just picked up the Speedy 20 Damier ebene today from the LV @ Saks. When I started filling it up with a phone, Reverso wallet, keys, and lv cosmetic pouch I was sold. I still can’t believe how much it held! I love my Alma PM and usually only carry it as a top handle. Never cared for the thin strap. But now I need to go try it out. Thanks for showing the different options.
I have the Speedy 30 that I use to carry my Bible and notebook to church. I love the Speedy and want one for every day carry. I think the 20 will be perfect for me.
The Alma BB strap is perfect
My 2 Almas MM and PM still sit in my closet since 2019. Spotless and new, for decoration. People tend to use smaller bags that hold enough a wallet, phone and lipstick
I can't get rid of my 25 either, i rarely wear, but it's definitely not too big. The speedy 20 looks nice with the bandouliere strap. The guitar strap looks good with the bum bag

The thinner strap fits the bag best! It doesn’t overwhelm the bag like the thicker strap!

I looaaathhheee the guitar strap. I wish they would give an option for the Speedy 20 to do a thinner strap. I’ve almost bought it so many times but cannot stand that strap and know it’s a major player in the cost of the bag.

I did the same with the straps! I have the Speedy 25 DE and just bought the Speedy DE 20 and I. AM. IN. LOVE. ❤❤❤ The 20 surprisingly holds a lot! I like that now I have options for casual or dressy looks.

Love your videos and love the look of the Speedy 25 strap on the 20. I have the Speedy B 30 in Damier Ebene, and I use the adjustable monogram & black leather strap (the thicker one that is sold separately) with that bag. I know some people don’t like to mix prints but I added a monogram kirigami bag charm and I love the look. Now I need a Speedy 20 so I can switch some more straps around 😂.

The Speedy 25 can be used as luggage for a quick trip. I use my 25 as a carry on with a smaller bag. You will be and look real boss using both together, I think you will miss having the Speedy 25 if you sell 😊

The irony when they did the adjustable guitar strap was, when I bought the Speedy 20 I realized that I don't like the big buckle in it. It's heavy, digging on my back and the beautiful guitar strap is not resting nicely on your shoulder or back bec that adjustable buckle is jutting out. I would love it in the original one instead😢. I also prefer the strap from my Alma with it than the 3pc strap from my Speedy B. It's personal preference most likely.

Hi Marquita! I love the SpeedyB20DE on you. Yay, mine arrives tomorrow. I think it looks better with the wider strap over the thin one, though I plan on also using the guitar strap (love the colors) it came with depending on where I'm going. I thought the mini bumbag was cute with the guitar strap though it seemed very busy with the LV charm, the busy guitar strap, the chain strap and the mix in vachetta w/ebene ...IMO. 💕💕💕
The speedy 20 is really cute. I feel like it’s the size of a standard crossbody. I don’t like the strap it comes with but I don’t have any other speedy’s to interchange the strap with and would have to buy a new one. The bag is already over $2K, idk if it’s worth it to get a new strap when the strap it comes with is driving up the price

Chris "get rid of the bowling bag," 😂😂😂... he really starting problems with us that have the speedy 25. The speedy 20 over the 25, I have both. The 20 is the perfect size, not big or small. I still love my 25 but the speedy 30 is the perfect travel bag for me. I cannot apart from the 25, I bought it for a good price compared to the 20. Great comparison Marquita ❤.
Great video, all my questions are now answered, the alma is no longer on my whishlist and the speedy 20 is now nr 1. I would sell the speedy 25, you now have the improved version, it is perfection and it looks so elegant on you. Also sell the alma if you never use it :-D

Can you do a comparison on what fits more between speedy 20 and favourite bag?
The Speedy 20 looks nice with the Alma strap. However, Speedy B25 is the more functional bag. I’m not into the small bag-thing and I feel like the 20 would look stuffed and annoy me getting things in/out of. I’m biased, I have that exact Speedy and have no need to spend that much💵on another one.
I had to stop in between my track (doing my daily walk) to post my comment. The Alma BB strap looks great on the Speedy 20 - good length on you. But I like the thicker strap from Speedy B 25 better - course it would be so much more comfortable on the shoulder. Don’t get rid of the Speedy 25 unless you have a corresponding Speedy B 30 😜.
Actually, I find Speedy 20 more of a dupe of the Alma BB.

Thank you so much for doing this video!! I was afraid that the speedy 20 would be way too small but it actually fits more than the Alma. Unfortunately already have the Alma but the speedy is a great alternative! I don’t think it’s worth getting a similar size bag, unless the 30 comes out in azur in the future???? 🧐 also love the look of the Alma strap on the speedy. I’m 5’11” so the Alma strap is the perfect shoulder length for me but I look like a 🤡 wearing it crossbody.

I have the braided alma bb in damier ebene and I want the speedy 20 as well but am worried they're too similar, so I really needed this video! 10,000$ a year in luxury sounds like a lot but when I look at my purse shelf I'm about 60% of the way there already and I'm already planning my next two purses so without even meaning to: SAME girl!! I need to be more intentional about it next year so I can plan my new purses more carefully.
