I first used some variation of this team at the beginning of the game: for me it was Xiangling, Fischl, Barbara and Sucrose. The main DPS was, funny enough, Sucrose or Barbruh, depending on the enemy. The only thing that came to my mind back then was: would be great to have an off-field hydro application! Later, I got Mona, and don't get me wrong she is great. But she had some serious drawbacks for me: first of all, her sprint. I'm not going to debate is it good or bad, the thing is, it is different from the others. And the second, I no longer have a healer. Way later, I got Xinqui. He has some minor healing capabilities, and his burst is OP, but his skill cooldown is just ridiculous, to the point he is almost un-playable without the Sac-sword, which I don't have to the day. So, Kokomi was really welcomed addition for me! I mostly use her in tazer team, but she has her role in other comps as well.
You can make Mona a healer btw. Just equip her with prototype amber, put some healing% circlet and you're done, you have all the healing you need with still all the positives of having a mona in your team! It's hard to manage in a non-freeze team but since she has to spam her burst anyway the heals aren't that much of a problem. She gives CC, Bonus damage, burst damage, Heals and she has a Taunt that procs constantly hydro. Ofc she's not good in sukokomon but imho i still prefer mona in anyother team

Meta isn't only top-meta though There are units that are in the meta but not at the top of the meta and those are units like Zhongli and Yoimiya where they are definitely decent choices and can perform but overall less favorable because other easier and more effective ways to deal damage
This was incredibly interesting to watch! This is my first time hearing about this team comp, but my current team works very similarly! (if only i didn’t lose the 50/50 trying to pull kokomi.. sob) The only difference being that I main Chongyun and obvs don’t have kokomi, so I do a mini sumon rotation before switching into Chongyun. Probably not the best team comp for Chongyun but it’s what I enjoy playing lol
I'm playing for a year now, and I still don't have Sac fragments. My way of dealing with it is quite simple. My Sucrose mostly works on the field, and she uses her charged and normal attacks when her E is in cooldown. The damage is lower of course, and she needs a certain amount of energy recharge, but the thing is you don't really need her attack damage, you need her to swirl things. So you can sacrifice everything else to get more EM and ER, even crits.

Thanks for this video; great info. So I tried it out and hmmm... several issues. First of all, this team demolishes but does have limitations. First off, my builds (and my WL=8 AR=57): 1. Sucrose C6 - lvl 70 / full set viridescent (but 4 star) / Sac Frag. R3 2. Fischl C6 - lvl 85 / full set thunder fury / Skyward Harp R1 3. Kokomi C0 - lvl 80 / full set Ocean Hue / TTDS R5 4. Xiangling C6 - lvl 85 / full set Crimson Witch (but >200 EM) / The Catch R5 Most fights I tested on (in the open world against the highest lvl mobs in my world) lasted less than 60 seconds. By the time Sucrose does her stuff, even Ruin Guards are almost dead. So ended up either using Fischl to pew pew or Xiangling's swirl to mop up. Kokomi only needed to use her Ult when I just wanted to top up their HP (the team is rather squishy especially without a shielder). But with Kokomi no one dies anyway... Not good for mobs that rush around like the wolves in Tsurami island or the big Hilichurls that charge around (unless you can corner them) as they can run out of range of the pets. Still can win these fights ofc, but not the best team for these types of mobs. Also, not the best team for bosses/mobs like the Mechanical Array; there are better team comps for that type of mob. Also, the rotation as presented is overly complicated; in practice, you can be quite liberal with their tactics as long as you keep to this sequence: Fischl, Kokomi, Xiangling then Sucrose. Watch the results of the first application; if the mobs aren't dead already, adapt to suit requirements.
Yea one of the things i do find about this team is that it actually relies on the environment (enemy mobs) alot. Large enemies that not only charge about but also cannot be pulled are just no-go. Plus the importance of fischl's c6 is so understated. I must say tho, I am quite impressed with the damage output when i used this team against the triple kenki ayss stage, but mob stages with a bunch of range mobs just shooting at me is just... no
@@Harveyway C6 Fischl is 'da bomb" - she's actually my most used character and I love mine to pieces. She's so damn versatile. Only need to occasionally switch her bow to suit "the mission".
Appreciate the input! The rotation is quite complicated and it's the ultimate theorycrafting rotation created by intelligent people at KQM. While I don't think it should be written off as completely useless, I agree that you don't have to follow the rotation I talked about. Especially against rifthounds that move around a lot, the goal is just to get the proper reactions and cooldown timings, even if that means sacrificing something like Sucrose normal attacks for dodges instead. I think for players looking to play the team loosely, I would highly recommend learning the timing on Guoba not by the normal attack trick or the exclamation point but by the actual timing itself. It's something I've done and I can definitely say it helps a decent amount in the current 2.3 abyss :)

just got Kokomi because that party intrigued me, but seems like i need to rebuild Xiangling, since i have her in 4 Crimson witch of flames with atk sands, and that makes me sad a bit. Anyways thanks for the video, now at least i understand what's going on behind all those effects
kokomi is Godlike now specially on her new artifact . You can use raiden instead of fischal if you have raiden. And also if you have venti. You can use venti instead of sucrose
I feel like you can't actually, Sucrose's basic attacks are important to swirling a lot. I feel like a C6 Kazuha is the only one that can marginally come close to replacing Sucrose in this team.
the purpose of sucrose here is for guoba swirling.... her role in this team is unreplaceable cause how easy for her elemental skill swirl guoba pyro infusion on himself
@@judemiague9712 You're Overlooking allot of things here Without Sucrose this team isn't as demonized as it is Sucrose gives Perma Swirling with auto atks and 3 E skill use in less then 10s And when she auto atks she gets her Q faster with C2 or 3 if I'm not mistaken And not only with she give elemental mastery to everyone C6 buffs all elemental dmg and c4 Xainling C6 Fischl alot of potential here when you get to high investment
Nope, Sucrose is simply irreplaceable here. She's the only one who has the Guoba swirl mechanic. Neither Kazuha nor Venti has access to this. Basically nobody in this team can be switched out.
For some reason i always ignore all my 4* when trying my abyss teams despite having most of them at C6, i blame their lack of cool bursts since that makes it boring to play them.
I use this but with sucrose, beidou, xinqiu and either another electro for better energy generation or another anemo for CD reduction to make rotation management easier. It's a lot easier because the electro and hydro applications are more frequent and this adds up a lot on top of the swirl and electrocharge reaction dmg. I don't like adding an extra element because it can make give issues with spamming reactions however, if i do add an extra element i go with albedo as he provides extra survivability with crystalize and his off-field dmg and geo application has enough of a delay to make way for electrocharge and swirl to continue being spammed. I don't know what it's called but i call it the storm team. Sucrose is the storm queen.
I know you might be joking, but I see this a lot, and to clarify for anyone confused, the mon in sukokomon doesn't actually refers to Pokemon, but to mona. Its SUcrose, KOKOmi, MONa and another team member, often Xiangling or fischl
So I’m hearing that Yae Miko may end up being a good “replacement” for Fischl in general…. Do the theorycrafters think she’ll fit into the Sukokomon team? Or is she too much of a main dps? Id love to have Yae Miko instead of Fischl
Agree with previous comment, especially since her long skill cast time will mess up the rotation and her being energy hungry in a team where everyone is already energy hungry is a very inefficient way to use her
Given how important timing is to sukokomon, and yae who is already extremely clunky with her EEEQEEE, and as previous replies said she is extremely energy hungry, I really doubt she's a good fit for sukokomon
I just have one Doubt If I replace Sucrose with Kazuha Will the team still be better than Before or not ? Cause This team needs you to have a PHD so you can do the rotations correctly
Love this. I think with Yelan and Kuki in 2.7 and Heizou in 2.8, this could be a sign of a new meta!! We have Sukokomon and now a new team I call YEKOUZA LOLLL, cause they're all gang leaders 😂
It was a good idea to put the rotation at the end of the video, for the sake of viewer retention 😂 what on earth is that... lmao, looks fun if you master it, but I don't know if I have the patience. Just wanna spam without using my brain and see damage go brrrr.
I tried this Team out and it's very good when it works. I'd say the biggest downside to it is that it is super prone to interruption. Especially when succrose gets interruped it could ruin your whole rotation. That is why I personally do not use this team.
This is my take on their artifacts build, but still in theory tho, so wouldn't it be better like these? Sucrose: 4 pcs Veridescent (best shred tool and dmg booster) Em Em Em Kokomi: 4 pcs Ocean-hued Clam (mix some physical dmg with, why not) Hp Hydro Healing Bonus Fischl: 4 pcs Thundering Fury (increase the dmge output) Atk Electro Crt dmge/Crt rate *depends on your overall build Xiangling: 4 pcs Witch something Atk Pyro Crt dmge/Crt rate wouldn't it be a higher dmge output? since we're triggering them consistently, it will proc more frequently? no? or another theory, just slap all of EM artifacts on them xD I'm really curious to see what happens, with any artifact set of course, no pressure
Bro I used xiao instead of sucrose with a four piece viridescent venerer, it worked actually, I was kind of suprised that xiao with 4pc vv was finally useful

From fishing it provides Alot of ER
Didn't forget about it! Just wanted to list Favonius Lance and Kitain Cross Spear because of how well they compliment the team. I did mention any other energy recharge option works fine on Xiangling, and The Catch is no exception.
Im a simple man, i see enemy i press Q and E for all my characters
idc if its hard idc if im getting not the max damage without the rotations these are my fav charecters and thats why im using them
I just realized today that my well I don't care about meta I just love them I often end up with is actually a meta team :') well better at my random teams than I thought
When I build this team I'm putting Kokomi Queen Sama on the first spot.
Excellent video! Very clean and informative, Quality content.
I just want to add that it requires a decent amount of ER for each member of this comp.
I like how mon stands for pokemon and not monsters
just got Kokomi because that party intrigued me, but seems like i need to rebuild Xiangling, since i have her in 4 Crimson witch of flames with atk sands, and that makes me sad a bit.
@@judemiague9712 You're Overlooking allot of things here
Without Sucrose this team isn't as demonized as it is
Sucrose gives Perma Swirling with auto atks and 3 E skill use in less then 10s
And when she auto atks she gets her Q faster with C2 or 3 if I'm not mistaken
And not only with she give elemental mastery to everyone C6 buffs all elemental dmg and c4 Xainling C6 Fischl alot of potential here when you get to high investment
This team has perma heals and buffs and Q up time and Jelly Fish AEO is huge combined with Sucrose ult and Xianlings ult is a fk Fiesta
Nope, Sucrose is simply irreplaceable here. She's the only one who has the Guoba swirl mechanic. Neither Kazuha nor Venti has access to this. Basically nobody in this team can be switched out.
Ok. Just Subbed! This Content was 🤌 of the Highest Quality 😁👍
For some reason i always ignore all my 4* when trying my abyss teams despite having most of them at C6, i blame their lack of cool bursts since that makes it boring to play them.
I laughed so hardddd when I now know why they named it "Sukokomon" 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Those of y’all who play this team are the realest ones. I don’t got the brain power for this 😅😅.
Would love to try this but I STILL don't have Sucrose...
I only use the team cuz it's 4 elements packs a punch and is good against anything.
rly informative video, thanks for this!
technically couldnt do you this with like any electro/pyro/hrydo + sucrose just spam reactions and hope it lands important ones
i now have a team for my 4 accounts all with kokomi 😀🔫
So I’m hearing that Yae Miko may end up being a good “replacement” for Fischl in general…. Do the theorycrafters think she’ll fit into the Sukokomon team? Or is she too much of a main dps? Id love to have Yae Miko instead of Fischl
Yae can work, but the team is already too complicated, using yae there make it even harder xd
I just have one Doubt
If I replace Sucrose with Kazuha
Will the team still be better than Before or not ?
Cause This team needs you to have a PHD so you can do the rotations correctly
no
sucrose NA is needed
sucrose is needed
I want to use sukokomon but dang that rotation is long. Thats ok though the fun is in the process of learning!
I really wanted to do/have this team... but the rotation made my head went piping hot
started work on building this today. one problem: i don’t have sucrose
me watching this while not having fishcl, sucrose, or kokomi:
Update 2023:
Scarinamon (Scara,furina,pokemon)
Team:
Wanderer
Furina
Fischl (or Yae miko)
Xiangling
Love this. I think with Yelan and Kuki in 2.7 and Heizou in 2.8, this could be a sign of a new meta!! We have Sukokomon and now a new team I call YEKOUZA LOLLL, cause they're all gang leaders 😂
Nice Idea! But isn't Itto the gang leader-
Jokes aside, who's the fourth member of the team? I wanna try it.
wouldnt engulfing lightning be better for xiangling
Truly the dragonstrike of team rotations. Maybe if i get kokomi on her rerun I’ll try it out lol
Now I wish I had stopped at c2 shogun and gotten a c0 kokomi instead
My Kokomi with an attack cup and Memory of Dust: 😬
It was a good idea to put the rotation at the end of the video, for the sake of viewer retention 😂 what on earth is that... lmao, looks fun if you master it, but I don't know if I have the patience. Just wanna spam without using my brain and see damage go brrrr.
Engulfing lightning: am I a joke to you?
🌸😹It would be of such unorthodoxy, that even the Archon would shed fear, and immediately move to make illegal it’s use betwixt their domains!😹🌸
Not to mention good internet connection.
Thats a nerd team comp with 2 nerds (kokomi and sucrose) in it. I like it!
fischl is also a nerd I guess
heikokomon team incoming!!! Heizou is a much much better driver than sucrose and feels way more fun
this team still got things to improve
Makes me wonder… could Yae work over Fischl?
Idk How but this is the highest dps team ingame
I have C0 kokomi c6 xiangling c3 sucrose and c1 fischl guess I'll try building this team
any reason you did not mention the Catch as xianglings weapon? seems weird to not mention her BiS
thanks you helped me a lot
I was planning on doing this but with sayu.
What about The Catch on Xiangling?
me, who easily 36*s but still has nowhere near this level of skill: wtf
I hope there would be another unit to replace Xiangling...
I appreciate the craft you put into this video.
So... If no kokomi, can mona suffice?
I'm in dire need of C6 Fischl for this comp
Fischl is good in alot of different Comp. Great pickup in this month glitter shop now (Jan 2022)!
I tried this Team out and it's very good when it works. I'd say the biggest downside to it is that it is super prone to interruption. Especially when succrose gets interruped it could ruin your whole rotation. That is why I personally do not use this team.
Kokomi rerun when ? Also cool video sir Meowreii
Appreciate it! I'm also waiting for a Kokomi rerun for a few more constellations maybe :)
This is my take on their artifacts build, but still in theory tho, so wouldn't it be better like these?
Sucrose: 4 pcs Veridescent (best shred tool and dmg booster)
Em
Em
Em
Kokomi: 4 pcs Ocean-hued Clam (mix some physical dmg with, why not)
Hp
Hydro
Healing Bonus
Fischl: 4 pcs Thundering Fury (increase the dmge output)
Atk
Electro
Crt dmge/Crt rate *depends on your overall build
Xiangling: 4 pcs Witch something
Atk
Pyro
Crt dmge/Crt rate
wouldn't it be a higher dmge output? since we're triggering them consistently, it will proc more frequently? no?
or another theory, just slap all of EM artifacts on them xD I'm really curious to see what happens, with any artifact set of course, no pressure
4pc thundering fury just decreases skill cooldown
do you think barbara could be a good subsitute? for a not endgame player who enjoys the billion words per min
Bro I used xiao instead of sucrose with a four piece viridescent venerer, it worked actually, I was kind of suprised that xiao with 4pc vv was finally useful
I don't think xiao has the capabilities to swirl gouba does he?
@@Ahmed_ElSayed01 no but im talking about the vv set not sukokomon itself.
Lmao Xiakokomon
@@LagiohX3 LOL
Lol I thought its sucrose kokomi mona ^^' but this team with yae works pretty good
Which talents should u prioritize for each character?
For People who skipped kokomi
8:00 I can't memorize that ;-;
Eh maybe spamming everything would work
I change sucrose with beidou to help xiangling with er
At 2:00 I literally went ok wtf
Question: Can I replace Sucrose's NAs between E with dash? Will it still be in sync with Gouba?
Wouldn't Xiangling Q be after kokomi for snap shotting the buff? I'm genuinely confused
Question: Can I use Yae Miko instead of fischl and Klee instead of Xiangling when using this team?
Why didn’t you mention the catch for xiangling weapon?
