Welcome to Episode 6, the final episode of our renovation series, "The Ronnie & Georgia Property Project"! Throughout this journey, we've chronicled the transformation of a dated 1950's-style bungalow into a modern, mid-century, palm springs inspired home. From the initial stages of land subdivision to the final brushstroke of interior design, every step has been documented.
In this episode, we bid farewell to the subdivision phase as it garners attention with offers on the table and land titles issued, marking the successful conclusion of this pivotal aspect of the project. Witness as we breathe new life into the front facade, bidding adieu to tired face brick and welcoming a fresh, rejuvenated look.
As the pieces of the interior design puzzle fall into place, the once humble home now stands as a testament to hard work and meticulous attention to detail. Get ready to see some impressive before and afters, that even surprised us with how much we’ve actually accomplished.
But as the dust settles and the final touches are put in place, a pressing question looms large: should we hold onto this home and venture into the realm of property rental, or would capitalise on our hard work and sell for profit?

Absolutely! We have a design for the carport, in terms of timing we just didn't want to wait for council approvals. However, a super easy task for the new buyers if they wish xx
