We have lot of social diversity and under a democratic set up govt can not demolish the illegally built colonies. Encroachment, spitting and garbage throwing culture on roads, etc are some of the reasons that prevent our cities to become world class.
I am always like to compares own country's (india) infrastructure with others south east asian countries's infrastructure for myself. And would be find it, far behind from them. Is there are some corruption problems in our infrastructure or some incapable reasons in our engineer or bureaucrats ?

Delhi NCR are need to be reduced. Except gurugram,Noida no city should be put in NCR. A major revenue of delhi is wasted in NCR. That's why a big area of north delhi , West delhi and east delhi remain completely underdeveloped. Kolkata should start work in howrah bridge surroundings market areas and surrounding slums, the area is not just dirty but also unorganised and also parts of B.T road from belghoria to barrakpore needs to be redeveloped with proper footpath, advance traffic systems etc.

Delhi mein weekly bazaar or haat is an outdated concept. The shop owners encroach roads and block it. India ko bhi Chengdu bana sakte hain but problem is not just govt it's also the type of people. We have lot of social diversity and under a democratic set up govt can not demolish the illegally built colonies. Encroachment, spitting and garbage throwing culture on roads, etc are some of the reasons that prevent our cities to become world class.
