Word. A lot of it has to do with the order of the track list.. they all transition smoothly track after track. It's like a movie soundtrack.. just wouldn't make sense to start the album with say budda lovaz & end it with 1st of the month. The order of the tracks is perfect & very crucial in my opinion
East 1999 IS A CLASSIC... this came out in 1995 and it was the first album that I bought... I was literally just listening to it all the way thru on Spotify 2 DAYS AGO!!!
Likewise i bump it at work all the time land of tha heartless is easily one of my favorite tracks on that masterpiece
To me it's their best album. The Art of War is up there and I love Krayzies Thug Mentality.

I remember buying that E. 1999 album with the original crossroads song. I remember being mad that it didn't come with the remix version.
nomibe2911 I remember being in the music store summer of 95 waiting to pickup east 1999 eternal and I had the original copy with the crossroad , the remix rossroads dj uneek remix was re released with that version , the cd artwork on the actual cd was different also , I was a bone fan since 94 when ruthless records put them out , I was a big time eazy fan and bought almost every artist under ruthless label , that’s how I discovered them , at that time I bought the album , nobody had heard of them , I remember I was living in a homeless shelter and would play it and a lot of people kept asking me what are you listening to referring to creeping on ah come up , I never imagined my favorite group would achieve such a status and popularity , I remember they really started getting noticed once mtv started playing tha crossroads video ! They are eternal legends and paved the way for so many artists today , bone thug 4 Eva ! 💯

That movie made dr.dre look like superman, but if you watch all the footage from back in the dayz.. i never ever ever ever seen dr.dre say shut the fuck up E at one of those footage neeverrrrr... I saw eazy fucking with him tho, arguing over the beats and Janet Jackson and running around with guns and shit.. but never dre... and also THE DOC, in the movie they made The Doc so taugh.. i never seen Doc bump into eazy on the footage or seen DOC talks shit against Eazy neverrrrr, but i seen Eazy slap him in the face in one of those footage.. I neverrrrr heard eazy was broke or selling weed to survive after his succes with NWA.. I seen footage when Eazy said Dr dre only makes Eazy's Payday and he was clowning Him and Death Row that he gets paid off Dr.Dre and everyone he produced.. but in the movie He looks at the billboard and Cried!!?? WTF was that.. i seen on footage that he was making fun off that Chronic Cover album with that mirror on Dr.Dre picture.. So here is my question... If you make a movie of someone then you should studied al the footage to get that Character right yes or no... If they would tell the truth without all the extra extra stuff, it be do great too, maybe better.. but they trashed Eazy NWA movie.. I really really hope they Would make a EAZY DUZ-IT Movie and tell the story about his life.. how he becomes The Godfather of Gangsterrap and how everybody start wearing Raiders outfit and Kings Caps how he hustled with his cousin, and being a kelly park crip, and how he find artist like J.J Fad.. Above the law Bone thugs, and all the Latino's artist, and that he hides money in his socks and pay people like that.. when he go to the white house.. all his kids.. and when he shoot at the car of his ex and police came and they let him finish his hair.. and he and dre in the car with paintballguns shooting at cars.. all those things... LIKE BOBBY BROWN GET HIS MOVIE AFTER NEW EDITION.. You can make this a serie on Netflix.. it would be a hit!

The 1st crossroads was on the album it was the original version mind acaully broke lol anyways the crossroads remix was huge hit obviously so they had the singles to purchase but also reprinted e99 album with crossroads remix took its place, even the skulls and writeing on the CD was different from original. I wish I could if kept mind but it broke.

I think he meant that he had no plans for solo work planned. He put out the wonder years back in like '13. There were talks of a part two being recorded but havent heard much else. Bizzy put out a lot of cd's though as a solo artist.
