Psicosis was/is very underrated. Of the Cruiserweight mainstays in WCW during the 90's, he was the next best, after Mysterio, Guerrero, and Jericho. He was a more interesting worker to watch than Malenko or Ultimo Dragon IMO...

Ray mysterio in his prime was awesome i think he was better before he bulked up hes still fast but u can tell it slowed him down

I think it's mostly because of age and his knees. He did go through stem cell treatment, but now he can't do his pop out intro.

The fact that New Japan never had Rey or Psychosis compete in best of the super jrs or for the IWGP Jr heavyweight championship is insane to me, these guys were made for the Jr division, and with jushin Thunder liger Rey vs Liger for the IWGP jr heaveyweight title in the Tokyo Dome would’ve sold
