What Naito is saying also applies to AEW as well. AeW has been consistently raiding talent from NJPW and constantly having NJPW wrestlers job to their wrestlers, for the promise that their championships and wrestlers will be featured on American TV and NJPW needs to stop taking the bait. They need to be confident in themselves, keep building their own stars as well as signing foreigners to exclusive contracts so they cant jump ship whenever they feel like it. NJPW Strong still has all the tools to be a much bigger presence in the West if only NJPW/Bushiroad put in the resources to properly invest in that brand.

Vader created such a problem, Bam Bam decided to minimize Vader's time in the ring and do the job. Although Vader threw a tantrum after the match backstage, Bigelow did him a favor by not having him go in the ring and work too stiff with Doom. Bam Bam felt Ron and Butch would've legitimately hurt Vader if he went in the ring and tried to over muscle them.
