I have owned one of these for 8 years, it is still brilliant. Ride it everyday to work and on weekends into the mountains. Comfortable all day.
Wish I hadn't sold mine, the engine and gearbox was amazing. One of the smoothest and linear combination I've ever driven (20+ years).
I think the 1100er engine is really the best of Ducati !

This was my first Ducati in 2007 and she is still running ! Over 60.000 km , no problems , just riding pleasure !
A bit late to the party, but what a beautiful machine. Pierre was ahead of his time, and a bit controversial. Between the Multi and the 999, he is a genius.
Agree…love all his Ducati…for being different,ss,multi,999.Follower,1098 was japanese stiling with trelis frame…

Diavel is worse…these are more utilitarian. I’d ride this for several hours over any other of Ducatis offerings
