@@KalyaniVallath i somethime feels that authors writing thses kinda novel pushing youngster to negative track Infact inspiring them by writing one person having many affairs Also i dont see the point to study these novels Dint even find something important to memorise
AWESOME DETAILED EXPLANATION, THANK YOU YET AGAIN MA'AM! Usually i don't put my opinion on videos but seeing few people in the comment sec judging a book by 12 minutes explanation is upsetting. Like the book is not about "affairs" only, its a journey of a woman who finds her long repressed VOICE, who learns to own her sexuality and stand unapologetically for HERSELF. It wouldn't have been possible without all the women companions Celie encounters in her life- Nettie, Sophia, Shug Avery; even Mary Agnes got inspired by Celie and owned her name. The Color Purple is sooo much more than "affairs". ('Nuf said time to re-read the book! 🕊)
1. Affairs, 2. affairs, 3. affairs, 4. affairs and 5. affairs. If everyone falls for everyone, it is a fall of human relationships and it is nauseating. Love and affairs such as those in this novel are futile and only make life complicated. Thanks to your lovely explanation, I WILL NOT READ this novel. 'Nuf said! Keep up the good work.
This is really good. I like your way of narrating these summaries.❤ However, there is one question that is coming in my mind, that, why does Celie compare men to Frogs and not to any other animal or insect??
What kinda novel was this😂😂😂...I was literally laughing after listening to the relationships here in the novel...And madam u have really saved me from this web of The Colour Purple 💜..Thanq so much madam..that was an awsm explaination ❤
When go deep into literature you will come across to both the beautiful and ugly side of humanity. While this novel is not my favourite it is still a good work for feminist literature. I do not support the extramarital affairs to be honest.
@@agniswar3 Brother if you will go through deep into faminism you will find that that is just a snake which is gobbling it's tail.....you can say it has no conclusion.
oooh my God. I read this story as an undergraduate and never really had a broad explanation of ut till now. Thank you for the breakdown

Frogs 🐸 look rather morose and unloving, and it’s a random image, not a well thought out rational comparison

Not s very accurate explanation... one need to read the novel as well instead of this explanation
Self research is important.
