- Another movie reaction in our "Remember the 80's" series! Some would argue this film to be a CULT CLASSIC! Killer Klowns from Outer Space Reaction, Recap, Review! Pete And Byron watch this zany science fiction horror comedy. When teenagers Mike and Debbie witness a comet crash just outside their sleepy little town, they venture off to investigate and discover a pack of murderous aliens who take the form of circus clowns. The two teens try to warn the local authorities, but their warnings fall on deaf ears as everyone assumes their story is a prank. Meanwhile, the clowns set about harvesting and eating as many of the townsfolk as they can. Unfortunately, Debbie gets kidnapped by the clowns and is headed for a similar fate. With no time to lose, Mike and a local cop, Dave, head off to stop the clowns' bloody rampage. This story was created, written and directed by the Chiodo brothers (Stephen Chiodo, Charles Chiodo, and Edward Chiodo). These brothers are better known for their work as special effects artists, specializing in clay modeling, creature creation, stop motion and animatronics. Their expertise has been called upon in many films including Critters, Pee-Wee's Big Adventure, Elf, and Team America: World Police. This particular movie was their first and only venture into writing and directing. Definitely an enjoyable experience for what it is. Actually they did have budget for the car explosion, but when they were going down the side of the road, the q line they had to pull the car down snapped so the car just kind of rolled off the cliff and they only had one shot for it so they kept it.

Popcorn guns. Killer dog made out of a circus balloon. Bodies wrapped in cotton candy cocoons. All the fun stuff crammed in this film, it almost made me forget about the killer klowns! 😂
I feel like anyone someone says “ridiculously creepy” it has to reference this movie…
It’s such a great movie because it knew it was ridiculous and it went 100% with it, instead of trying to take things seriously.
However the best part of this reaction, is that the guys you truly wanted to die indeed had the most plot armor😂

Damm,when people review this film,I always tell them about the end credits/outtake scenes.The outtakes showed the actors getting hit with pies, and they're not always happy about it, and the actress that was the airhead...She accidentally pumps her head climbing through the window and is in pain and yells FUCK!

I liked to watch this one a lot when I was a kid. It's Horror Comedy. The music is cool and actually I think the klowns are more creepy than Pennywise with that Mickey Mouse voice. Lord Fred gave a good recommendation. You guys are very entertaining to watch. Keep on the great work!
