This is the first time I watched Imagine Dragons performance for idk, maybe 6 years. I can’t listen to their songs without reminding myself of that time when I was so messed up and depressed. I just finished Arcane and this song is just as iconic as the series, it just makes me come back to Imagine Dragons. JID made this song even more epic!

Same here! I haven’t listened to their songs since I was younger, I was so depressed and had so much anxiety back then. I friend recommended arcane to me and I looked up the song and realised they sung it, it’s my first time coming back and listening to their music again, like you mentioned the song really fits the theme too! I hope you’re much better now, if you ever need anyone to talk to I’ll be here :)
i never been into imagine dragon, but since i liked this song from arcanes, i was like "meh i should give it a try" so i started imagine dragon on spotify, and i loved it there are lot of nice song even on the less famous ones
I don't usually like Live versions due to playback and/or how sometimes live version sounds so diferent but this performance was... WOW! Totally loved it!
but still, the rap part was playback. For me, that's allways a sign of weakness and cheapness. If u create a song u should be able to sing it live.

My first ever big concert was and Imagine dragons concert and it blew me away. And years later I still get hyped. They bring a powerful energy without misbehaving. True role models.

Honestly, that moment when Jid starts to go crazy with the end of his verse and it passes right into chorus is done so well. I have goosebumps each time I listen to that part, they synchronized it so well
I refuse to believe JID did his verse in one breath.
He does most of his songs in one take I believe, he has a special breathing technique to make it sound like he’s going non stop, I think he’s just taking tiny breaths in certain areas

Yeah it's a playback so it don't get fucked up I mean ha got amazing breath control. In the studio he did it in oke breath but u can tell this verse it the exact same as the recording.. but toward the end of his verse he was jerking around and you would have heard him struggle with keeping the words audible or consistently paced and sonically sounding stable like that with those movements especially at the end of a long breath and verse like that.. but amazingly performed and beautifully written.. they slayed It.

All the respect due to ImagineDragons, We already knew they were incredible but man just that little part JID did was crazy good it's an incredible collaboration

I actually think they probably put his playback too loud and that he's lipping some things now that i listened again. I can barely hear his live singing in some parts and at end he drops his mic too quickly lmao

The performance, with the lights, dancers, the great collaboration with JID. Everything matches with the beat in a great way. One of the bests shows i've seen (i think this song live, is way better than in any orher form)

Never been to a concert, but it looks fun as hell. Usually I prefer prerecorded music, because it almost always sounds better, but they just look like they're having the time of their lives, especially J.I.D. I really hope they come to Middle Tennessee soon.
