  • I'm showing you some older footage here of me, creating the same body and physique as Ryan Reynolds for the film Blade Trinity, even in the same space of time!
    So there is everything how I got started into fitness in this video! :) I hope you like it!
    PS: Never mind, the old footage has been filmed on a very old mobile phone! Hahahaha!!!! :)))

    I enjoyed this video as I have been working out for over a year now. I must say, while I have seen some progress, I made nowhere near as progress as you did in 5 months. Then again, it could be cause I'm over 50 years old, but it is more likely that I don't have the nutritional knowledge that you have and I wish I could have a trainer to push me harder. It looks like great information, but alot of it is too hard to read on my little smartphone screen.
    Thanks for posting this inspiring video. I will push myself harder at the gym because of it!

      Thank you so much! Yeah I really worked my ass off for this. Meaning, that I worked out 6 - 7 days a week, as hard as I just could. And the whole day was organised around my fitness transformation. Recovery, 2 hours additional sleep in the afternoon, meal preperation and timing, just everything. And yes, it is a little bit easier, building muscles in a younger age, but if you work out yourself, you start to build up more testosteron in your body, which is very imporetant for building muscles.
