Hello everybody. Zoe (my Whippet) needs a lot of love right now with kidney failure. Thanks to everyone for waiting patiently.
Part 2: ua-cam.com/video/Iy4Ddlihw5Y/v-deo.html
Beautiful! Thank you so much!
Love this but SOOOOO wanted a printed version!!
Never seen such a wonderful Hexagonjacket 😮❤
As always Sylvia, you have shared another Stunning project for us to create along with Outstanding Clear instructions throughout your video. Thank you for your Awesome creativeness.
Thank you very much Bailey. Such kind words. 🥰🥰🥰
Absolutely gorgeous! I love the simplicity of hexagon sweaters, but not the too-wide sleeves on many of them. Also looking for alternatives to the granny square versions. This looks perfect, and the perfect project for some mandala yarn I have in my stash! ❤❤
Wow, you made a real masterpiece. It is such a stunning work.
Thank you LJS 🥰🥰🥰
Sylvia I'm using Lion Brand pound of love and a hook size #6 Susan Bates hook. This pattern is so fun to do and it makes it such a easy pattern to follow. Thank you for writing back to me.
hi Donna. thank you. this one isn’t easy, but totally beautiful. 🥰
Fabulous! I love it, and will surely make one using a Mandala yarn I recently purchased.Thank you so much for sharing this pattern with us.
I really appreciate it LP J. 🥰🥰🥰
I think this might be the best one yet. It is just gorgeous. I love the stitch pattern. 💟💟💟 Thank you so much for sharing this. I wish you well. All the best to you.✌🏻💐🐾🧵🇺🇸
Absolutely beautiful 😍 so glad I found your channel this weekend 😊
I LOVE that the sleeves get decreases. Never thought of that in a hexagon cardigan. Thanks!
I just finished my cardigan. It’s the most beautiful design I’ve ever seen or done. I’m getting tons of compliments from everyone and on Facebook. I wish you could see it ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤thank you so much 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊
How did you get a right angle?
🙏❤️❤️❤️🌷!!!
Absolutely gorgeous! Love your work ❤️👋👋👋
This is an amazing pattern. All your work is! You explain in a way that really translates to reading written patterns; just wonderful. Are any of these patterns available for purchase? Would love to have charting or written pattern when I'm out and about.
Oh my goodness! I’m stunned. Your work is so beautiful and so ME! I just found you. Gone through all of your videos. Love your style.❤
Absolutely stunning! You do amazing work. I recently discovered your channel and have been enjoying watching your videos. Now I must decide which one of your beautiful creations I would like to make first. Looking forward to part 2 of your latest masterpiece.
This is gorgeous 😍
OM G that’s beautiful! It doesn’t look nearly as pretty in the thumbnail as in the video! Everyone you come out with just gets better and better! I was looking for a pattern for some Red Heart Stripes in Polo. This would be incredible!
Thank you Laurel for the feedback. It’s hard to see the pattern in the thumbnail. I hope this one is better. I will probably change it 5 more times before I like it. Lol🥰
❤❤
Looks beautiful. I love the colors
Thank you Ileana 🥰🥰🥰
You are the best. I love your patterns and how you explain them. Thank you for sharing us your great talent. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Gracias
What a stunning jacket indeed, and beautiful work, too! This video popped up on my feed and I had to check it out! I'm sorry about you dog. 💗
Definitely going to make this.
So beautiful ❤️. Prayers to your Zoe . Our little Japanese chin turned 13 last Nov. It's so hard when a furbaby becomes ill , all the worry and added stress. Take care.
my Zoe passed away last year and just 2 weeks ago we lost our Beagle Lilly. we have a new puppy Kaido. he’s a handful but so cute🥰
Thank you Susana 🥰🥰🥰
Bravo
Thank you so much ❤❤❤❤❤❤
LG Adriana
My heart hurts for you. I lost my Tootsie due to kidney failure. She was my companion for 16 years. Much Love and prayers for your heartache.
it’s tough. thank you Dee 🥰
Beautiful work . Bye from Slovenija ☺️☺️🤗🤗
Hello my friend. Happy crocheting 🥰🥰🥰
So beautiful, wow. I'm going to start this in the very near future. I was wondering if you would share your cheat sheet or diagram?
Beautiful I wish your patterns were also written😊
hi Linda. sorry, I don’t have a written pattern, just my own handwritten “scribbles” that evolve into my designs 🥰
As much as I love your video, it would be nice to have the chart to which you referred so we could keep up with where we were.
Hi...I did a screenshoot edited it to the size I wanted and then I printed it...I hope this helps you😊
Hello Sylvia. I absolutely love all your designs, particularly this jacket. I plan to make this for ME! How can I get a copy of the chart you're using? That's great and makes following the repeats so much easier. Genius!! Thank you in advance!
I made a screen shot of the chart and saved it to photos. I could print it but found that after a few rows the pattern sequence kicked in and I didn’t need to
Marking 1:30 for the measurements. Beautiful jacket, so well explained with the diagram. I checked the description but cant find a link to a written pattern or website? Have subscribed and started this jacket with a boucle yarn in my stash. Looking fab after round 14 already.
Hi maybebuffalo. Sorry, I don’t have written patterns. I design them on my notepad (scribbles and hieroglyphs 🤪) for every video. 🥰🥰🥰
Hola
Berlin❤
I was wondering if this could be done in dc instead of hdc in corners?
Hi Sylvia,
Firstly, sending love to you and your whippet ❤🐶
Ive only recently found your channel. This jacket looks absolutely amazing. So ive started it several times to crochet it. In the early round ive have the correct right angle shape when folded. However as i get further in the angle has disappeared and become a straight line. Can you help me please.
This absolutely beautiful. Thank you for sharing. Your videos are really clear. Maybe I can do this or one of your beautiful jackets 🥰 what kinda hook are you using. I have clovers, and a few furls I got for Christmas. One is a inline and the clovers are not. That did make a difference in my gauge. That’s why I was asking. Thank you ❤
Hi Wanda. I like the Pony with a metal hook and bamboo grip. It has a sharp tip, so it’s perfect for the way I crochet. Happy crocheting 🥰🥰🥰
So beautiful and you patiently explained!!! Thank you for being generous. Btw, can I use this pattern by using double crochet instead?
hello Iam. you won’t be able to get those pretty diagonal stripes with just double crochet. I hope you give the fp - bp doubles a try 🥰🥰🥰
What are the specs for 1xl dear.
oh Sylvia I'm at row 16 but I'm using a number 4 weight yarn. I'm wondering if it's too thick. Mine doesn't have a drape to it.
Hi Donna, I find when I make hexagon I always need to go up a hook size or two for nice drape. What brand yarn and hook size are you using?
Hey . Please advise can i use Redheart super saver Ombre yarn for this cardigan. How many balls do i need.
I tried going to your site to purchase the pattern but it must be down. Is there somewhere I can go to help support your work? ❤️
Thanks
thank you so much I really appreciate it. 🥰🥰🥰
is there a written pattern at all? many thanks
WOW, wunderschön… darf man fragen, wieviel Wolle man dafür benötigt?
Hi. 1:09 has the yarn info. I hope that helped. Happy crocheting 🥰
I've only done 28 rows and used 300 grams of wool !
Hi Sylvia, what a gorgeous Jacket!🤩
I would like to make it, but I can't stand the big gaps on the edges because of my nervous system.
Would I get problems, when I make only two chain instead of three chain in the corners, so that the gaps become smaller? 🙈
Greatings from Austria, I hope, my English ist not too bad 😅.
Hi Izzy.
So I’m following but having a blockage on the sleeve for decrease am I still adding the 2 stitches at the beginning while I am decreasing?
hi. yes, keep the beginning and the end of the side the same as before, and just decrease the clusters in the middle, working outward, in each round . 19:09 hope the time stamp helps 🥰🥰🥰
Do you just let the colors change on their own or do you cut and change each color ?
both…I try to match the left and right side so the jacket looks symmetrical 🥰🥰🥰
Great question! Just buy enough and keep scraps for a lil side project...I'm going to keep mine symmetrical...soooo beautifully made!
can you tell me the dimention for a large in this pattern
How do you get the colors to come out right when you use mixed colored yarn?
I'm guessing she's just allowing the colours to do their own thing. As they are very long changes and close colours, any change third-round might not be noticed. The only way to guarantee where colour changes happen is to use separate self-coloured balls and change balls on the last pull through of the last stitch of old colour. The loop on the hook becomes the top of the next stitch so this gives a cleaner boundary between colours especially in pictures or patterns.
Can you use 4ply yarn to make this jacket
hi Marion. yes, it should be ok. you just need less rounds. saves you some time 🥰🥰🥰
Hi Sylvia I hope all is well 🙏🙏 with you. I am starting this cardigan but was wondering where can I buy the chart you made for this pattern? Help
Hello Donna. Thank you. The chart I made is only on UA-cam…but it’s free. I hope you give it a try. Happy crocheting 🥰🥰🥰
Watch Sylvia's chart and stop and go as you write. It takes only a few mins. Very ez!
@@carolyncozine6375 Thank you Carolyn, I always forget about pause and the slow speed option. I appreciate your solution.
Is there a written pattern?
Can't understand the decreasing rows would you give the written pattern for this maam
I don't think money is coming out right I all most have 20 rows and it looks like it fit a child and am using same type of yarn and hook what am I doing wrong
