- Dr. Oliver Hauser, a Research Fellow at Harvard University who conducts research at the Harvard Business School and Harvard Kennedy School, was selected as the winner of the 2018 Wharton People Analytics Conference Research Paper Competition. In this presentation from the 2018 Wharton People Analytics Conference, he discusses his winning paper, “Minority Report: A Modern Perspective on Reducing Unethical Behavior in Organizations,” in which he combined data science and people analytics tools with field experiments and causal evidence to try to see what works to reduce unethical behavior in the field.

Very nice and well understood ! Using social norms is the most effective on preventing unethical behaviour. Therefore , I conclude people will always compare to how other people pr society in general act, before they acted their won
