The AI in this fight was atrocious. Especially when I was beating the DKG objective. I knew it's gonna be a revive-fest, but haven't expected that it would be 20 revives! I took down Onslaught to 65% hp in one go and then tried to throw revives at him..but AI forgot how to throw sp1 and threw only heavies. In one fight, I tried to make him throw sp1 and he threw 3 heavies in a row, I got stuck in the corner and died, because he spammed heavies. Dexing his sp1 is not a problem, the AI is the biggest issue in this fight.
I’m glad you pointed it out but when champs are unblockable the dexing window shrinks significantly.
“Embrace the suck” is a fair assessment.
I tried multiple times, watched a lot of videos , and still couldn’t get the full timing down of dodging that SP1… So I just revived through it. Took 4 with an unawakened 7* Rank 2 Shang Chi, and took 10 with a maxed out 6* Photon.
Am I missing out on something with this SOS onslaught boss. I always get hit with his sp1 even when I'm blocking. It's like he throws un unlockable sp1

4 part special with crappy timing and non punishable window. free damage. Unblockable. Free degen on sp2. Can't use metals. Immune to most dops. What a Totally bullshit champion
I watched nagase video and saw how he did the sp1 punish dex. Got it on my second attempt and soloed him with photon, herc and she hulk. The DKG fight is a bit harder as there is no ai manipulation on dkg and the ai is finicky asf with the sp1. Got cornered multiple times baiting out onslaught sp1. Otherwise a fun fight for me and it was much easier the last week iron fist with the force block penetration bs.
7* R3 photon, 6* r5a herc and 6* r4 she-hulk
I used a 6* r3 ascended shang chi (sig 20) with boosts. Took 3 revives because I got tired of restarting the quest trying to solo.
The “accidental parry” is anything but an ‘accident’….EVERY single meta, in every single game mode has this issue, when parries are in favor of the AI 🥱
Of course watching the animation helps but i learned how to dex his sp1 couple of days after his release with the sound, helps a lot

I've soloed it with 7* R1 Diablo, 6* Hercules and 1 revive with Photon because of 1 accidentally missed dex... 3 revives with DKG because I went for DKG objective first was still within practice and still left with 2 objectives... But the AI in this fight is at its worst.. Light intercepts galore and sometimes while back drafting he would just stand open shoulders wait for me to come and intercept again
I‘m so tired of this exhausting game. The amount of time and practice one has to put into this game to keep up is just absurd.
In order to punish the SP1 you need to get the feel of just how early you can do the third dex. It's even earlier than you think and then there's time to dash in before dexing the last and punishing.
Cap Sam Wilson is good. He can parry non contacts, we can avoid the daunted, does rupture damage with crits, and is a tech.
I've heard diablo is really good for carinas
Sigil Witch with 1 revive. She can definitely solo, I just ran out of patience.

So once you get sp1 dex down its all about AI
Dancing for 10 minutes straight isn’t worth a solo on this one. Happily used 2 revives with Photon and Shang (each) to get this done. The AI sucks beyond suck on this one.
I accidentally restarted when I had him at 7% with a 5 star star lord…

This fight isn’t really hard. It’s mostly just tedious and what everybody else is saying AI dependent. I think photon Diablo and deathless king Groot took me more than 5 but less than 10. Then Herc took 2, because instead of throwing his special three immediately he just sat there and let me beat on him for like three minutes until he finally decided to throw it after I took off like 40%

lets call a spade a spade, its a BS fight plain and simple, used herc, photon and Ibom who was surprisingly really good. You don't get extra points for solos, i dont understand the obsession of a lot of people in this community with solos lol. Great video KT1 by the way
