One tip to help extend battery life on this is to schedule essential mode every night when you're sleeping. Say 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. or something. You'll only lose maybe 1% of battery during that entire time but it's still tracks your steps and your sleep and so on. Every time you do that you're buying yourself 8 to 10 hours of battery life. You could stretch it to 6 days conceivably if you have the dual screen on and schedule essential mode while you're sleeping
Thanks for the detailed response. I am using essential mode and it's super clutch on a schedule. Unfortunately, the vendor wanted an unboxing and first impressions. I will need to do a full review. If you have any more tips send them my way. I am green but I am loving the battery life. Thanks for coming through.
It's frustrating because last generation supported Google assistant and even had a dedicated assistant button. For some reason when they jumped up to wear 3.0 they had to stop using Google Assistant. I thought it was the Qualcomm chipset because that's what fossil cited when they had to abandon it with the last generation on the 4100 chipset. But now Google is switching to the Qualcomm 5 chip so I don't really know what happened there. Maybe movboi was tired of Google's really disinterested and fleeting support for the assistant on the watch so they contracted with Amazon instead
Michael, this is probably going to the be the most frustrating aspect. Google and Samsung are basically controlling the space. If they made the best products with the most robust offerings and won because of it, fine. However, some of us have a different criteria that Mobvoi is catering too. Why can't we have choices? It's crazy.
Nice video, man. Glad you found the smartwatch for you. I love my Pixel Watch but I honestly use my TicWatch 3 Ultra GPS way more. I get 3 days of battery on that compared to only 1 day on the Pixel Watch. The TicWatch Pro 5 might be my next [pickup instead of the Pixel Watch 2
So is this your first smartwatch? Congrats bro! And good luck. I see you with the Stream Deck 👀 I been wanting to try a TicWatch for a minute now. Maybe one day...
Actually the galaxy watch 4 classic was my first. I need to try the watch 5 Pro so that I can give it a fair shot. So far my smartwatch experience has been bad battery life until the TicWatch.
Ayeeeeee Can’t wait until I get you into a huawei watch sir. LOL I am going to try to at some point. Glad to see you dealing with some smartwatches now though. Wear OS is not my favorite but not bad. Notifications for when we need to pick up our device, completely on the same page. Nice selection of watch faces as well. Thanks for this video #FantasticFour
@@BarryJohnson You too thanks Barry ! Glad you are staying hydrated and have been staying hydrated !! I'm doing great thanks Barry ! Enjoy the rest of your day / weekend ! Hopefully see you soon on Juan's Stream ! :)

Nice vid:) looks pretty clean, but still not big on smartwatches 😅 (even less so, apple, Samsung and google with their short battery life)
Man, Jermaine I simply can't do short battery life watches. 🤣🤣🤣

Man, it's insane to me that people are cool with 1 day of battery life. Yep, glad I found something.
