Gotta be the best episode in my opinion hearing how she kept her head up during her struggle as a young farmera👊 all the way up to achieving goals many just dream about! Now she has the ability to direct lil kids in a positive way and to let them know that they are valuable in today's society! Keep up the good work! 👍
This video is very inspirational, thank you for letting us get to know you a little better mrs.Flores. I knew there was a special story behind the person you are, you are kind, patient, and I know your making a difference with our kids. Sophia will tell me all the time that she loves you and that you are her favorite teacher ever and I can see the passion and attention you give to these kids, thank you mrs.flores keep doing what you are doing that you are making a difference in these kids life, very much love and respect -Family Palomo Ramirez
Thank you, very much for your heart felt comment! I appreciate it. I love Sophia & she was an awesome student. I love my job & to see my kiddos smiling faces makes my day everyday!
Hey Angie, you looked great back then, very pretty and I love the '80s style hair, no problem with looking different or odd. I don't really understand the "At risk" stigma. Unless there is something else, it's not a cut or an insult, nor is it racial/bigoted, it's identifying students who may take a bad path in the hopes of steering them in a better direction with attention tailored to them and to their situations. I used to work with kids like that in a program in a local community college, we had a great success rate and helped out many kids age 10-15. I'm proud of that.

Maindrian Pace But she hadn't taken a bad path, she was automatically labeled as "at risk", that's her point
