Hey, that's how you get the extra flavor. I gotta hope that they get washed, and sterilized before they get used in a ice cream factory, but a street vender, not so much, but I never eat street vendor food. but ya, pretty nasty.
Is there any product hygiene in this country? Why are the finished products going on the ground with dirt, bugs and poop from the bottom of sandals (the preferred footwear in every backyard business in this country). Why are you working a band saw with a headscarf that can easily get caught up in the blade? I’m going down on my knees now to thank God for the standards my country has set for goods.
While OSHA would be issuing 1000+ violations, here, the _ONE_ in particular that would get the "LACK OF CONSCIOUS SAFETY AWARD",...would be the dude puting the wedges under the log around the 2:40 mark...!??! Imagine; a gust of wind blows that dude's headwear towards the bandsaw....?!!? Yeah,...it'd be *GAME OVER* for my man!! #nodbout #absolutely
They could use large wheeled bins to store the sticks in and a drying machine to dry the sticks rather than just throwing them on the ground. Would be more efficient and hygienic at the same time
What flavour ice cream....salt of the earth with hint of whatever has died, excreted or is growing a colony of. Its no wonder you have to have a list of jabs before you go there.

Yes, Portugal imports the sticks from Pakistan. A friend of mine sells ice cream products in Portugal and he told me a few years back that he wasn't happy using these imported sticks from Pakistan as the quality was so poor. I guess the stick hygiene was also poor.😮
вот так оближешь такую палочку в мороженном и кишечная инфекция гарантирована!!! Пищевой продукт, а они по нему в грязной обуви ходят, на грязных тряпках переносят - а что, у них в стране санитарных врачей нет?
And so do other western manufacturers of ice cream in both USA and Europe. Australia of course doesn't allow the import of wood products from developing countries due to strict bio security regulations. Same, I believe for New Zealand. 😊
These videos are always fascinating. Never knew how ice stix were processed. Now I will treat them with respect rather than just throwing them away. I'm sure there's many remarks about hygiene concerns but then it's clean wood, freshly processed and a clean shop and there's lots of UV sunrays. Wood has an amazing property of killing bacteria without added chemicals and soaps... that's why wood cutting boards are preferred over plastic ones in commercial facilities. The shop surfaces are essentially covered in this anti-bacterial sawdust and so are the workers and surprisingly they go home at the end of the day, dusty of course, but with less active bacteria on them as when they first started... unlike office workers and many others.
"that's why wood cutting boards are preferred over plastic ones in commercial facilities", lol you must live in a bad part of the world, because wodden board are strictly forbidden in any food production facility or restorant, in EU, US, Japan etc.
@@lo2740 USDA Inspection Sevices has not banned wooden butcher blocks and wooden surface cutting tables... as of yet. Wood is also the industry standard because plastic and glass cutting surfaces quickly dull cutting edges requiring resharpening much more frequently. Dull edges also reduce the quality of cuts and contribute to more accidents... ouch. (A reasonable good quality maple butcher block table runs approx $3,000 - $5,000. LOL huh?)

The children are exposed to so much bacteria that they are immune. Plus the chemicals in ice cream is deadlier
Wouldn't it get cleaned at the ice cream factory anyways?
I scream, you scream, we all scream when we find out how they make the sticks for our ice cream.
😂😂😂😂😂😂
Сначала на земле, потом в мороженном! Пакистан - сила!
Yummy I love some toe cheese with my ice cream
That's how they make Cheetos flavored ice cream, you really can't taste it, but the smell is there.

Sure to get splinters! Even the samples shown close up held by a hand had dirt on them.
Splinters should be the least of your worries. More likely to get killed by botulism food poisoning. 😮
Que lindo conocer como se fabrica todo felicidades son muy buenos trabajadores
