Here I'm a MSc Microbiology passed with University 4th Rank . But struggled to find job in the same field.
Try having an MBA in hospital management. Infection control & waste management is a major part of hospitals nowadays (NABH has an entire clause on it) & with your microbiology major you're already one step ahead.

The world is bigger than what you think it is. She is a doctor +MBA + Studied AI & ML. Out of this, MBA might be optional but the combined skills of MBBS + AI would be very valuable. It is an option that was not there earlier and definitely this is how the future is going to be. As AI enters more fields, domain experts with technical knowledge will have opportunities.

So, as an MBBS graduate, she didn’t use it to serve the community directly. Instead she did MBA to learn how to make money out of that MBBS degree and then added ML/AI certification to top it off to apply the learnings into tech, where the money is.
Simply put, she leveraged her medical knowledge to develop healthcare tech to make money. Nothing wrong with healthcare tech…it’s scales the solution. But, i felt sad that she never once said that she serving the community . 😢 She is only talking money. The goal is clear - it’s money . That’s very tacky!!

If I had to pick that package of 20 or only for money I would simply invest in basic education degree may be and learn trading and investing make best judgements stay happy with money MBBS THEN MBA imagine the cost and time. & ROI is definitely low

She did a doctorate degree, essentially a PhD in her field. The 'D' in PhD stands for Doctor so all PhDs can use the title of Doctor by the original latin usage going back many centuries. Thus academic PhDs are the real doctors by definition. Anyone can do a PhD after their masters, it can be any course but in her case this is academic doctors and the other one is medical doctors.

I think she's delusional. She calls herself an engineer without an Engineering degree, which is plain stupid. Moreover, doing an MBA over MBBS doesn't give you any exposure/experience in healthcare technology.
An MS in Bioinformatics fits her description, however, the pay for Bioinformaticians is NOWHERE NEAR her expectations (I'm an MS Bioinfo myself).
I think if you either become a better engineer or better doctor you will earn more rather than being both.
